Refund Credit Note Terms and Conditions

  • Refund Credit Notes will be issued by Virgin Holidays Limited (trading as Virgin Atlantic Holidays).
  • Refund Credit Notes are non-transferrable
  • Refund Credit Notes can be exchanged for a full refund at any time.
  • Refund Credit Notes are not able to be used against existing bookings.
  • Any increase in the cost of the new holiday will have to be paid for at the time of re-booking, or no later than 12 weeks before departure whichever is the sooner.
  • If the Refund Credit Notes are not used by 30 September 2022, we will refund the value to the original form of payment.
  • Please note, ATOL protection does not apply to Refund Credit Notes issued before 10 March 2020 or after 30 September 2022.
  • All new holiday bookings will be subject to Virgin Atlantic Holidays Booking terms and conditions.
