Refund Credit Notes will be issued by Virgin Holidays Limited (trading as Virgin Atlantic Holidays).
Refund Credit Notes are non-transferrable
Refund Credit Notes can be exchanged for a full refund at any time.
Refund Credit Notes are not able to be used against existing bookings.
Any increase in the cost of the new holiday will have to be paid for at the time of re-booking, or no later than 12 weeks before departure whichever is the sooner.
If the Refund Credit Notes are not used by 30 September 2022, we will refund the value to the original form of payment.
Please note, ATOL protection does not apply to Refund Credit Notes issued before 10 March 2020 or after 30 September 2022.
All new holiday bookings will be subject to Virgin Atlantic Holidays Booking terms and conditions.
