Complaints procedure

At Virgin Holidays, we strive to make your holiday the best it can be. If something goes wrong or doesn't live up to your expectations, then we'll do everything we can to put that right.


There are a few different ways you can get in touch, depending on when you experience a problem. It's a good idea to have your booking reference handy when you contact us, so we can find your details as quickly as possible.
We appreciate you taking the time to help us improve what we do and we're really sorry that things haven't gone according to plan. We'll do our best to help you as soon as we can.
