Very comfy beds and pillows. Breakfast excellent choice and very tasty. Shuttle bus to the waterfront, very good and reliable. All staff very friendly. Currently have building work going on yes it’s noisy but it’s also necessary and as we were out all day, it did not affect us.

Was on a Gate 1 14 Day South Africa Safari. This was the assigned hotel. It was nicely located, not within direct walking distance to V&A Waterfront, but there was a nice convenient shuttle to the V&A Waterfront. The Breakfast buffet was good. The staff pleasant. The rooms standard. Seems that hotels don't like to give people face cloths.

We had a conference and the entire staff was great. They attended to all our requests on time and with a professional attitude. Shabir was assigned to us as a "go to" person during our conferencing. He was extremely helpful. Thank you and see you soon!

I WANT TO SAY THIS WONDERFUL LADY SIWE WAS A ANGEL, I THANK GOD FOR HER GREAT SERVICE. SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND GOOD. YOU WILL NOT BE LET DOWN. I AM VERY PLEASED I AM VISTING FROM ARIZONA AND CHICAGO. I HAVE TRIED A LOT OF PEOPLE IN MY LIFE BUT SHE WAS OUTSTANDING. GOD BLESS HER.
