Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a tour. Hotel is ok- the breakfast was really nice! Plenty of choices and all tasty. The rooms are outdated, the bed was a bit hard. Bathroom was small and average. The pool is really nice as is the gym. Overall the location of the hotel seems a bit in the middle of no where...

It took a very long time to go through immigration, find our driver and then be driven to the hotel so it was a few minutes before 22:00 when we were able to get to the restaurant to eat something. The wait person, Ruth was extremely gracious and the cook kindly stayed to prepare a complete meal for us. Asante saga! The breakfast buffet offered food for every palate. While not everything is of the latest vintage, it was clean, comfortable, and safe. We could not have asked for a better welcome to Kenya. Read less

The only impressive thing about this place is the gym and swimming pool, period! Visited the place as a couple and boy did they make me feel unwelcome. From the breakfast chef who was moody, the pool staff and gym receptionist. I really don't understand this preference for serving white guests. From the breakfast chef who was moody, the pool staff and gym receptionist. I really don't understand this preference for serving white guests. My partner got fed up and complained to management who apologised. You've got to be white to get good service. Hopefully they've made necessary changes but I'm never going back there. Read less
