Myself and my family had a really great time at Pezule. The golf course is incredible and everyone associated with the hotel is friendly and eager to help. We will definitely be going back. Breakfast could be better and maybe more options for vegans.

This was the last of our hotels on our trip and chosen for the location to the golf. Lovely reception staff and couldn’t be more helpful. Lovely room with great view but the gardens around were untidy. The hotel didn’t seem that full so breakfast was a half attempt. Very poor selection of everything and the service was terrible. Twice we had a very miserable waitress who clearly didn’t want to work there. Spoke to another couple who said the hotel had changed hands and it had gone down hill. The breakfast and service used to be very good. Sadly we had some sterling cash, not much, taken from a zipped purse within a bag I stupidly left on the table in our room on our last day. However we don’t expect our bag to be gone through! We didn't notice until we got to the airport and we even left the housemaid a small bottle of champers as a thank you. We also sat by the pool on our last morning. No towels put out and you had to find your own. The sun beds were soaking wet so we had to wipe them dry too. Very poor. We would not stay again as there are lots of guest houses and b & bs nearby for a fraction of the price. Read less

A superb stay at a top class hotel. Very friendly, attentive and efficient staff. Beautiful and supremely comfortable rooms. Great facilities. The restaurant is highly recommended. We will definitely be back for a longer stay soon.

After a last minute deviation " opportunity " on our travel route was taken we had to get a place with our little yorkshire terrier and there was not many available on all the WAY TOO MANY travel advisor sites on the web and with so many of them falsely claiming that the accomodation they suggest is pet friendly untill you phone these accommodations which we did literally for hours . After successfully confirming that Pezula hotel is indeed pet friendly we arrived very late and was welcomed with open arms . The hotel entrance is as beautiful and stylish as you can find at only finest and best in Southern Africa . Arriving at night hides the actual beauty of this place.. we were thankfull for the WONDERFUL help received with all our heavy luggage onto the little electric vehicle that you must use to reach your SPECTACULAR room because you cannot drive closer to the rooms . The rooms are spacious and luxurious with special attention given to your little furry friend with their own special bed . As the sun rises over the mist covered valley the beauty of this place takes your breath away , as the mist slowly clears the golf course shows itself in al its renowned glory indeed a special place this is. The hotel is outstanding the food is great, the service fantastic, the issue of having to pay the cart to take you to your room because you have heavy baggage is a bit over the top, the baboons is a clear and real danger and will definitely take your pet if left unattended and anything else if you were to leave the doors open. We spent three nights here in a spacious room with terrace overlooking the lagoon and Knysna. Wonderful staff and impeccable service. Room service was great too. Wifi was the best we’ve had in the area, compared to other hotels and b&b.
