Best hotel in the world! Great staff. Great food. Everyone was so kind. The room was very clean and quiet. I slept great. I was very well taken care of - it truly felt like I home and I cannot wait to return!

Such a pleasant and wonderful experience! the staff were so helpful and made me feel right at home appreciated and safe. The scenery, style and design of the hotel is absolutely beautiful. that blend of vintage setting among trees and flowers just gives a feeling of calm. Awesome experience! thanks!

We had actually booked to stay at the Houghton hotel but after that hotel screwed up our booking we were left at 11pm without a hotel in Johannesburg. I called the four seasons on the off chance that they may have room and was greeted by Portia on reception who was incredibly helpful and sorted a room for us within 5 minutes and even sent a car to pick us up from our location which was very kind. We arrived and informed them it was actually Part of our honeymoon and when we got to our room 5 minutes later there was a congratulations message on a food board with complimentary chocolates and drinks as a congratulations. All the staff are great and the facilities are brilliant too. The spa is very nice and the rooms are very spacious and clean. The bed is probably the most comfy I’ve stayed in, in a hotel! We also were waited on by a wonderful women called Patience at the restaurant who was just so friendly and delightful. The food was great but she also surprised us with another desert treat to celebrate our honeymoon. Really lovely lady. Thanks to the whole team for saving us from having no hotel and being an all round delight! I’d absolutely recommend anyone to stay here. You’ll have a lovely time. Read less
