This hotel is almost like my second home and they have really stepped up their game. I am a vegan so clearly have special needs, the chef was brilliant in coming up with an insanely tasty meal. Wowza! This doesn’t even cover the impeccable service. Yes their service used to be shoddy and sometimes very sad but man o man have they changed their… Read more

Stayed in the Maslow for one night on a business trip and while I didn’t eat dinner, the breakfast was well laid out and there was plenty of fresh choices and good food. While the service was a bit hit and miss, the staff were friendly and helpful when asked. The rooms are large and really comfortable with a great bathroom and shower.

The Marlow is a dark, basic hotel, good for a 1 night stay, that is it. The worst breakfast service and food ever. Poor quality, average service, they did not have coffee and dessert spoons, no cups for soft boiled eggs, awfully bad experience. The rooms are small but well equipped. Good service at the Concierge and Reception.

It was sensational. The 5 cause paired high tea was so incredible. It was literally 5hours of eating all the wonderful fresh food. The service was excellent we had two waitors Letty and Jerry and they were on the ball. Each course came exactly on time and was paired excellently with the food. The sweet station is 5star such a huge variety of… Read more

Room service, laundry and house keeping all of a good standard and the hotel staff really friendly. The bedroom was missing some plugs and charging points near the bed vs all being on the desk. Also nice to have more raised eating in the lounge area instead of eating from a tray. The gym is small but well equipped. Also and the main pool looked nice but I didn’t get a chance to use it. The highlight is the main restaurant. Amazing food. Really good quality. Pictures attached. Read less
