I’ve put clients here numbering in the dozens over the years. Hotel was passably comfortable with nice grounds and modern rooms after its refurbishment a few years ago. Finally had the opportunity to stay myself, if just for one night. They had still not bothered to implement the half day rate which really helps guests deal with flights late in the day and generates additional revenues. But what is egregious is the speed of the Internet for a business hotel. It ran at a glacial 0.2 Mbps (200 kbps) - basically AOL dial-up speed. When I complained to the front desk, the lady looked me in the eye and simply said “It IS very slow”. And that was that. Given the number of devices and activities that travelers use these days that rely on the Internet, this is easily a strike out. Imagine trying to share your hi-res 26 MB per file travel photos. Goodbye Maslow. Read less
