I have been to this hotel several times and have again and again made them aware that they do not have vegan options. It's so simple to have vegan options, by staff in the restaurant and for in-room dining have not been helped to identify how they can assist people with a vegan diet. The world is changing fast. The Maslow isn't. Also, on your… Read more

It's so simple to have vegan options, by staff in the restaurant and for in-room dining have not been helped to identify how they can assist people with a vegan diet. The world is changing fast. The Maslow isn't. Also, on your hotel satisfaction survey portal, you have a dark-skinned person bending over backward with a tray in a colonial outfit. We enjoyed our stay at the Maslow for a few days. Generally very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is modern and recently renovated with everything in good condition. We stayed in an upgraded room with a balcony which is worth paying for - great view and added to the feeling of space

For the brand it was renowned for, the Maslow has become quite slow in its service offering. From check-in, breakfast to the bar and outside pool experience, you have to constantly look out for people to provide you a drink, coffee or just simply a good morning. While the interior was quite unique those years, it has lost most of its spank for that price. Perhaps a re-evaluation of its positioning is needed to get its status back as an establishment of excellence. currently, it is not. Just a good old hotel. Read less

Very nice hotel, very clean and well managed, room comfortable, abundant breakfast, near to the airport and in safe area. Shuttle available every half an hour to reach Mandela Square where you can shop and have dinner in plenty of good restaurants.

This is more a business hotel I would say, ok for overnight stay but some areas need refreshing. Nice enough bar area. We had a nice evening meal here which was spoiled by a rowdy table who insisted in going outside and leaving door open, it was quite chilly then. Unfortunate positioning of table I suppose. Apart from that rooms were quite… Read more
