Park Hyatt Siem Reap

Siem Reap, Cambodia

The hotel

Immersing you in all things Cambodia, the Park Hyatt Siem Reap is not just a hotel; it’s an authentic collection of culinary showstoppers. And we’re not just referring to The Living Room’s comfort food and high teas, The Glasshouse’s deli-patisserie treats, or The Dining Room’s French-Indochine flavours, served by an ancient banyan tree. You also get unique gourmand experiences, from cookery classes and rice noodle tours to ballet and dinner soirees and 8 course degustation meals. There are non-foodie attractions too: indulgent guest rooms with rain showers; suites with private gardens or plunge pools; infinity lagoon and lap pools; beautiful spa; and a prime location, a stroll from Siem Reap’s Old French Quarter and Pub Street and 15 minutes from Angkor Archaeological Park.

Beautifully appointed rooms with everything you could possibly want. Breakfasts can be taken in either air conditioned comfort or out on the terrace, try the Eggs Benedict, where do they find yokes that orange....yum. I would add more photos if Trip Advisor would let me!! This hotel is absolutely incredible. Located in the heart of Siem Reap, just two blocks from Pub Street, the Park Hyatt Siem Reap offers a Zen escape amongst the bustling streets of Siem Reap. The hotel is beautiful, with a mix of calming, symmetrical features and old European style rooms and decorations. The Living Room offers a 50% off happy hour everyday from 5pm-7pm. The Dining Room serves Breakfast and Dinner each day. The breakfast includes a hot breakfast (French toast, pancakes, Eggs Benedict, truffle scrambled eggs, egg white omelet, you name it) along with 3 buffets which features various bakery products in one (croissants, donuts, toast, baguette, etc.), another featuring an assortment of dim sum and Bao, and another with a smoothie bar, juicer, and smoothie bowl/ fruit station. For dinner, the seafood amok is a must try (check out Instagram @foodhappymoments for more details). There is a salt water pool and a fresh water pool, with covered beds so that if it rains, you can continue to stay outside, read, and feel at one with the elements. Their spa is fantastic, the staff is very accommodating and their deep tissue massage will leave you in a relaxing haze till the end of your vacation. Truly an absolutely amazing experience. My family and I cannot wait to return! Read less

Ten stars! You won’t be disappointed in this hotel. Stunning and the service is unparalleled. Thank you Park Hyatt for making my time in Cambodia such a luxurious experience. You’ve even managed to make a pool that is delightful even in torrential downpours! This hotel has thought of everything.

Check in was a breeze, Veasna was amazing and made us feel very welcome. Rooms are large, comfortable and spotless. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, special mention to Rotana, Sopheap and Sokun who were amazing. We were fortunate to have a traditional meal the food was delicious, thank you Chhunny and Vichet for looking after us. The pool attendant Hoth made sure every guest was looked after. Nothing was too much trouble, I would definitely stay there again. Read less
