The hotel is very nice and clean. The rooms are quite small but well presented. The great thing about the hotel was a free device linked to a Hong Kong network which I could carry around with me and use for 4G and free calls. I used it as a hotspot for my own phone. Great idea, not seen that before in any other hotel I’ve stayed . The closest… Read more

Great idea, not seen that before in any other hotel I’ve stayed . The closest underground is causeway bay which is a ten minute walk. Can seem a bit longer after a full day out exploring the city. Taxi to the hotel from the airport was around 400 Hong Kong dollars but the hotel runs a shuttle back to the airport for 150 pp. We only stayed 2 nights so we took advantage of the offer of a free mini bar of the bed linen wasn’t changed during our stay. Breakfast was included and ok. Plenty of options for all. Would recommend this hotel. Read less

He and his colleague went up to our room also bring a cake to surprise my lovely sister. He's very helpful until we check out on the 14th of March. Always see his smiles. And please pass our big thank you to Mrs. Leung and her friend ( She is the housekeeping ). She recommended us about Thai Food. Next time if we visit Hong Kong again. Dorsett Wanchai Hotel is our first choice without DOUBT!!!. ***Everything is perfect. But Bellman need to smile and helpful more than this*** Read less

Duration of stay: 8D7N Check-in: Very fast and I took advantage of their “26 hour stay” so my room was ready when I got there at 12nn. Room: I booked a Premier room and got upgraded to Grand Deluxe room which was nice. I requested for a room on a high floor, away from the elevators so they gave me a room on the 20th floor. I also requested for a quiet room but my neighbors were a bit noisy for some of the nights. They are pretty generous with restocking the water bottles daily (i think it was 2 375ml hotel water, 1 500ml watsons water, 1 500ml fiji, and 1 500ml spakling water) so I never had to buy water outside. They also let me request for more pillows free of charge. I found the room to be a bit dark at night especially when I was reading some documents. Though, on my 2nd last day of stay, someone put a lamp on my table. I didn’t ask for it nor did I mention to any one that the room was dark so maybe the lamp was really meant to be on top of the table. Breakfast: I ate here everyday so I noticed that they do change up some of the food so its not the same everyday. Breakfast tends to get busy and its quite common to share a table. The staff were really attentive and nice. Elevators: It was fast and I never had a problem with it. Staff: They were nice, very attentive, and all english speaking. The lobby staff were always very eager to help even with simple tasks like wheeling around my small luggage and waiting for my uber so I could just sit at the lobby. The housekeepers were always smiling. Value: I’d say that this hotel is great for the price I paid. I’d happily stay here on my next business trip. Read less

The service, staff, location and the property is an excellent choice!!! There is a fitness center in the hotel, shuttle bus service to and from the convention center in Wan Chai and Central. The shuttle bus is very punctual, and have depended on its service without ANY dissatisfaction. I will be back in several months and look forward to my return. Read less
