If that sounds too much like hard work, after all you are on holiday – why not book a massage and relax in the Jacuzzi a while, indulge in The Langham Afternoon Tea with Wedgwood experience or upgrade to have access to The Langham Club lounge where you can unwind with refreshments and nibbles served throughout the day. Dinner time presents the most difficult choice of the holiday…Will you go for authentic Cantonese cuisine at Three Michelin-Starred T’ang Court, seasonal imported steaks and fresh seafood specialties at Bostonian Seafood & Grill, International fusion at The Food Gallery or New York style treats from Main St. Deli? It's one of those hotels that's on the blingy/flashy side and it's either completely your style and you love it or you think it's a bit too much! I'm in the latter camp and thought they could have been a bit more conservative with the gold finish on everything. That being said, very large open spaces inside which create a grand atmosphere and good size comfortable rooms. Of the two Langham's in Kowloon I think I prefer the Cordis when it comes to the property itself but this one in TST has the much better location. Read less

Super clean rooms and the staff at the hotel were extremely attentive and prompt. Upon check in, we even received a little pink rose from the lobby crew - that was such a lovely surprise! The Langham is known for its signature baby pink amenities which we felt was really pretty! The rooms were very spacious and clean. We loved the all white marbled toilets ! The buffet breakfast was not massive but they had everything you need there in the best quality. Overall we loved our experience in The Langham and we would definitely be back again. Read less

I stayed at the langham Hong Kong in may 2019 in a deluxe courtyard room. The room had been renovated recently and was in a good state of repair and stylish, with large tv, marble fireplace, excellent bed and comfortable chairs. The courtyard view rooms have small windows and a view onto other buildings, so are a bit dark. I would go for a city/street view room if I stay at the Langham again as suspect these will be brighter. The only negative feedback I had on the room was (a) the shower is really small and difficult to move around in (although small rooms and bathrooms are not unusual in HK) and (b) for a 5 star hotel the in-room complementary tea and coffee choices are very poor (only 3 nespresso pods (not sure what you do if there are two of you and you both want a second cup.....) and a selection for breakfast tea Earl Grey or green tea, no decaf/herbal tea choice). Breakfast choice was good. I also ate at the us themed main st deli in the evenings. Food was good. The breakfast room and restaurants are starting to look like they could do with some light renovations though (small holes in seat covers etc). I also had room service one evening. This was a massive disappointment (cold, undercooked burger and fries which were like cardboard). That experience would make me hesitate before booking a return visit. The hotel is situated in the heart of TST so if you want to do shopping it s a great location. It is also across the road from an entrance to the TST MTR station, although it’s worth noting that it’s quite a long walk underground to get from the entrance to the trains. All of the staff were excellent throughout my stay. All in all a good hotel with nice renovated rooms and decent value for money. To be my go to hotel in the future however they would need to fix the variety of tea and coffee in the rooms and the quality of the room service food. Read less

We had an overnight stay in Hong Kong that coincided with my partners 50th birthday. From the moment we arrived in the Hotel Limousine we were treated with great care and enthusiasm from the Service Team. April greeted us and checked us in privately and arranged for our bags to be delivered the room. Upon entering the room my partner was delighted with surprise as she saw the room was decorated with balloons, rose petals, cake and a card. The card was personalised as I was asked by the service team to provide a photo which they embedded into the card. This level of care and thoughtfulness is something I’ve never encountered before from a hotel. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel, not just because the personnel are exceptional but also the location is terrific. Read less
