Staff was very courteous and the food at The Place was excellant. Very close to a shopping center and more restaurants located in the food court. Lady Street is within walking distance. MTR station is under the shopping center.

Excellent location in prime area, with easy access to various transport. To top it of, the service deserves a 10 stars. We arrived very early in the morning and they provided us an upgrade so we could rest. The attendant to our room, Kathy, made sure our room was clean and made up every day when we return. Our departing flight was in the wee hours in the morning, and Dan (the duty manager) extended a late check out to us so my mum could rest. The service and attentiveness is impeccable! Highly recommend this hotel, and we will definitely stay in this hotel again in our next trip to HK. Read less

The property itself and its exceptional staff are first rate. The club rooms have spectacular views of Hong Kong -- thrilling by day and night. The rooms are stylishly outfitted, with luxury bathrooms, and all the trappings of a 5-star hotel. The club lounge is fine -- a good place to stop for a cocktail after a day in HK, but the complimentary hors d'oeuvres are more what you might expect at a Holiday Inn. The staff endeavors to make up for that with generous poured drinks and counsel on finding a good dinner spot. Breakfast is the customary Asian embarrassment of riches -- superb. The neighborhood is a patchwork of wholesale hardware shops, a massive shopping mall, tiny food stalls and produce markets, red-light activity, and other elements that make each block unlike the one before. I found that the rich texture of the neighborhood yielded constant surprises and was a fun part of the visit Subway access is easy (across the street). And main drags like Nathan and Argyle are just steps away. Read less

We stayed at the Cordis for two nights before heading home to Melbourne and we were so impressed by the service we received by everyone but especially two people Duncan Lau, Duty Manager and Eric Yeung, Guest Relations Manager in the Club Lounge. Duncan was very personable, and looked after us so well. After we had an issue with our room his offer of a free upgrade was really appreciated and was a great way to end our trip. Eric made us feel very welcome in the lounge and also arranged for us to have a late checkout so we could go from the hotel to the airport. Everyone in the hotel dining areas were also very welcoming and efficient. Staying at the Cordis was a great way to end our holiday. Read less

I write this sitting in the club lounge at 1045pm on a Wednesday night after a long day of teaching. Gin and tonic in front of me. Nighttime Mong Kok my view, beautiful music in the background. Snacks if I want them. Fantastic staff, hello Eric!, oh it’s so relaxing. There is no better hotel, at all, in Hong Kong.
