206 rooms and suites are dotted around the resort’s lagoons. All have TV with DVD player, telephone, mini-bar*, tea/coffee-making facilities, safe and iron and board (on request). Lagoon Terrace rooms have a private balcony overlooking the lagoon and tropical gardens with 1 king-size bed, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

Conservatory Premiere rooms have an extended indoor sitting space and spacious bedroom (no balcony) overlooking the lagoon, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Hi Sorry for writing this review after so many months of visiting Leela goa. Since its a lock down so i got some time to share my experience with Leela , Goa. Me and my wife booked 3 nights with leela for a long awaited holiday. But guys this trip turned into a nightmare for us. As we were having lunch we found chilli coloured beetles in the chilly flakes sprinkler which we poured on our pasta which we had ordered for lunch and to our misery by the time we realised we had already finished half portion of it. we puked instantly and showed the same to F&b manager and to which whole of F&B staff was evident  They emptied the flakes on a plate and we found it was full of beetles and they also took a video for it to show it to their higher authority. We were not feeling well whole day after then and being jains and totally vegetarian aggravated our conscious.I asked f&b manager to fix a appointment with general manager but till the time of checking out they kept on telling me that he is not there in premises and we weren't able to meet him. However general manager did called up after that but to our surprise he didn't make any efforts to apologise for the incident instead he told that these beatles are common and its no big deal. I was shocked by his statement and told him that he wouldn't have said the same thing if his family been in same situation. l do agree nobody does these things intentionally but anything else would have been acceptable but not which comes around hitting the health of your customers. I think this is one thing we we cannot find even in small restaurants.Even they do a proper quality check on food served. Moreover we would have felt little bit good if they would have realised and apologised but after listening to great words of general manager that live Beetles are common in food saddened us by far. I hope and i pray something like this should not happen in any of the case with anyone. Beetles are common everywhere but we cannot eat them . Regards Read less

Absolutely stunning hotel, amazing service, excellent facilities. Absolutely stunning hotel, amazing service, excellent facilities. Housekeeping were quick, food was most delicious, change of buffet every night during our 5 night stay (I am vegetarian- very large selection). Breakfast was just as delicious. Chefs very helpful. Mohanti was extremely helpful to show us around the hotel and take us to little Mandir area ,(with buggy). He demonstrated very good hospitality. Joylan housekeeping was efficient. Delroy buffet restaurant was helpful. Chefs are all friendly and helpful. Beach was clean, soft sand, plenty of space. Swimming pool area was clean, plenty of sunbeds. Outstanding hotel, great hospitality and service, beautiful grounds. Only thing in my opinion needs improvements is the bathroom products should be made in India and should offer authentic Indian herbal products instead of cheap chinese products. Apart from that tiny area of improvement Leela Goa is definitely worth the money. Read less

We visited this fantastic hotel at the end of a three week tour of Northern India and unfortunately as the Coronavirus was beginning to curtail international travel. We booked a Lagoon Suite (room 102), the check in was quick and pleasant with a refreshing towel and coconut drink. A quick ride to the room, it’s fair to say we were blown away by the room, outstanding very clean, large and well laid out. Two bathrooms with all necessary products, soft towels and robes. The hotel was clearly running at low occupancy due to the virus scare, but all staff were not overly intrusive with so few guests. Breakfast was buffet (excellent) and a Masala Dosa to die for. We ate at the Jamavar on 3 nights, an extensive menu and excellent Indian food. The table waiter Aldrich did a fantastic job and is a real credit to the hotel, a friendly smile, advice and excellent English......well done him😁. My 60th birthday fell during our stay and French Champagne and birthday cake gift from the GM was very thoughtful, many thanks to all. The gardens are extensive and full of bird life, beach is clean as is the sea. Great to see so many bins and people cleaning the high tide line. Due to India’s closure of its International Airports we left early, I must mention the assistances given to us by the Duty Manager Indira again outstanding and a real credit to the hotel..... many thanks. The resort surpassed our expectations after reading so many glowing reviews before arriving. The airport pick-up and drop-off worked perfectly. On arrival at the hotel we were charmingly welcomed by Laxmi who made herself available throughout our stay to answer questions and make sure everything was to our satisfaction. She open-mindedly advised us of local options for sightseeing tours and beach shacks in a way that made sure our Leela experience was matched even when outside the resort. The layout of the Leela is in the form of attractive two storey dwellings set in immaculate landscape and overlooking lily covered lagoons. It is difficult to image the resort is now 25 years old as everywhere is perfectly maintained. It was a delight to walk to and from the central facilities, which for some rooms were a short distance away but buggies were available if needed. Where-ever you went you were greeted by smiling staff ready to help when needed. The resort was comfortably busy with ample beds on the beach and around the pool. Overall our holiday was a great success blessed with outstanding service, excellent restaurant choices and faultless Indian hospitality. Read less
