I am a black Woman traveling with a Caucasian friend, and I had a number of interactions with the staff at the hotel which were unsavory. From being ignored at check in, to being asked to verify that i was staying at the hotel when sitting on hotel chairs. My friend was not subject to any of this disappointing treatment. This is not a place that I would return to. Read less

The staff was incredibly helpful and courteous for the entirety of our stay! They accommodated an early check-in and went above and beyond in helping us celebrate our honeymoon We stayed on points and it was a tremendous value; definitely in the top three hotel stays I've ever had. Zero complaints about any part of our experience.

Beautiful resort, great facilities and friendly staff. Killer sunsets over the bay and easy walk to beachside seafood restaurants. Great base for your Bali adventure. Price’s poolside are a little steep when compared locally, but don’t let this put you off.

Had a very pleasant stay here in a basic room, 5205. Had a very pleasant stay here in a basic room, 5205. Pros: - Lovely grounds with water features, fish and ducks. - On a great beach which is very shallow (ideal for kids) but you can get to waist deep in good time (good for adults). - rooms decent size without being large. - staff very pleasant and helpful* - range of beautiful swimming pools, which weren't too busy - musicians appear at breakfast and in the evening. - sunset bar is av ery pleasant place to watch the sub go down - two seater swing for adults in love. - hardly noticed the ongoing renovations Cons: - very limited recognition of being a platinum member (no room upgrade) - breakfast was satisfactory without any wow factor (didn't have dim sum available everyday) *we arranged airport pick up through the hotel as we arrived very late. The meeting instructions were incorrect and the driver insisted on trying to sell us his own transportation services and requested cash payment before we got to the hotel. This was totally unacceptable. I had the pleasure of speaking with Subi, assistant resort manager about the experience. Despite the comments below, I found him to be very pleasant and fair. He apologised, cancelled the charge and gave us a couple of treats to say sorry. I thought he did an excellent job of putting things right. I asked him about the comments below and it is clear every story has two sides... Well done Subi and the Intercon team. Great hotel and would come again. Just do more for platinum members! Read less

The people in this resort will do everything they can to make your stay special, they want you to enjoy every aspect. It's obvious in every interaction. I stay in many hotels every year and it becomes obvious that it's the people that make a hotel stand out. If… Read more
