Everything was great. Good breakfast. Great staff. Complimentary chocolate every nigh was very nice and sweet. The only thing, we expected bungalow to be an actual separate dwelling. And it was small dwelling, but with 4 rooms. So in fact it was a bungalow room not a bungalow itself. It did not affect our stay though.

We have just had a lovely week at Segara and once again we had a lovely stay. The Renovations started there on our 5th day but we were not put out at all. We quite enjoyed breakfast on the beach decking. The staff always so friendly and make us feel part of the family. Looking forward to going again to check out the New Segara :)

The hotel was average. The beachclub had some maintenance going on which would’ve been nice no have known upfront. The bed in the room was absolutely horrible. I dont think i’ve ever laid on such a hard matress! My back was literaly aching the next day. Also the beds around the swimmingpool were quite uncomfortable with no rubber or foam on top of the stretchers. The ones that did have a foam topping were all dirty and looked really bad. Also the towels they hand you at the pool smelled bad, every time. Over all we would not stay here again and we would’nt recommend anyone to stay here either. €90,- a night is not cheap for such bad quality. Read less

We spent our last night in Bali and in Indonesia in this hotel. It was really nice, we love the honey-moon gift, we enjoyed the disco-spa, I appreciated the book library and the dinner at the restaurant was excelent. SEMPURNA !
