The all staff is very friendly , helpful and professional. We stayed in Segara village 2 There is five villas of two floors ( 200-210) and other single floor villas ( 211 221 ) . Our villa was 215. On Wednesdays and Saturdays from 8 am to 10 am at the moment the breakfast sounds piano. Very professionally and beautiful, it would be great if such music sounded more often.. Yuni is a very good person and pianist . Thank you very much for your nice music ! Beach is a good . When high tide you can swim in ocean and enjoy your time ; when tide low you can swim in pool .Do not forget to go to the beach early in the morning. Sunrises are amazing here.. Those who are interested in scuba diving and snorkeling are very recommended by the professional company All 4 Diving, is located near the hotel.Just very recommend the wonderful spa The Nest beachside Spa ( 20 min by the walk or 8 min by the car ) . Just got back from a 4 night stay in Segara. Must admit it is one of the best we have stayed in Sanur. We had a bungalow room which was lovely and bright (what we like ) large bathroom and an outside area to sit in. Only thing I would have liked was some bedside tables to put things on and I was itching to turn the table around with the tv on to give abit more room between the table and bed . Other than that the room was fantastic. The 2 pools and the bar in a pool where fantastic plenty of seat around too. Lovely gardens with ponds and water features every where . 3 resturants but you could sit in the middle and and have something from which ever one you wanted. Staff where friendly and fantastic place to stay for anyone. Hopfully will get to go back Read less

This was a perfect hotel, with fantastic well furnished and clean rooms, two great pools and a beachfront view. The breakfast services were also really nice too. The whole scenery of the hotel's grounds was great. Can't recommend it enough!

Hotel is situated in a really beautiful and well kept garden, with 3 swimming pools you can chill out. Beach is just in front of it and you can eat your breakfast looking at the beach wich is nice. Staff is super friendly and professional and they are a big plus of this place. Rome we got was clean and quite spacious with little terrace overlooking garden and small pound with fish. However when there is a lot of guests it can be annoying having to “book”your sunbed with your towel or fighting for food for breakfast. Also we were there during Silent Day in Bali.During this national holiday everyone have to stay inside, which means you can not go outside and you have to use hotel facilities. Dinner was possible only in the hotel so we booked table to be sure, when we came we were directed to provisional arranged table (also 10 other people) outside with small rooftop above our heads..it was purring down with rain and to get our food we had to walk with umbrellas to the restaurant and back with umbrella in one hand and your food in other...the table and the chair were wet from the rain...not really good experience. When we asked they said they have limited number of seats in restaurant bc of the holiday. The thing is we weren’t informed about it while booking a table otherwise we would buy some sushi for later during lunch orso. Finally we paid half price but still this is not a service you expect in 4* hotel. We also got charged for complimentary coffe but I thing this was an honest mistake. Overall hotel is good,in vert good location but wouldn’t stay again because of my personal experience with it. Read less

Stayed here with friends two weeks in Febraury-March. Very nice hotel indeed. Spotlessly clean, beautifull and very well kept gardens. A bungalow room is recommanded. Previous we stayed in both the Four Season hotels as well in both Alila Ubud and Alila Manggis. Segara Village can certainly compete with these much more expensive hotels wehere it comes to settings and service. And at a much more competative rate; very good value for money here. Staff is the best. Especially Dewah and Gori (Ari) deserve mentioning here. They have several restaurants on site. Food is of very good quality and very modestly priced. Breakfast is ok with a good selection and eggs made to order. They have a special compound called Segara Village 2 with some more upscale facilities. I looked at it but the extra charge for these rooms is in my view not necessary. Just book a bungalow room. Nothing to mention for improvement? Yes, when the hotel hosts a special occasion like a wedding, they should try to accomodate their regular guests a little better. Furthermore, there was a little smell of sewage in our bathroom, every time your turned on the shower. However, after a couple of seconds it disappeared again. This occurs more often in all balinese hotels. All together; we loved stying here and will definately be back. For a good price and package; we booked via Expedia. We got a good rate and 10% discount on F&B. Read less
