We had a look at junior suites and will defiantly book them next time! The restaurants are fantastic lots of choice! The Amarta Italian is seriously some of the best food I’ve had! Great wine also! Brekky was buffet style which you can’t go wrong! Staff were amazing especially Bella & Annie always had my pot of green tea ready without asking! Swim up bar fantastic the boys behind the bar were very attentive to your needs! A few chair bandits were around putting towels down which peed me off but didn’t let it worry me! Club med is huge and you can get quite sick of the buffet hence why I think Sol Beach House for us was much better! Can’t wait to visit again. Would highly recommend coconuts out of the ice creamery! So cold and refreshing! As for an all inclusive resort I give 10/10. Keep up the great work . Read less
Image of the Tripadvisor rating A lovely hotel! Pool service is a little slow as we waited a long time for food & drinks.

A lovely hotel all in all! Maybe an extra staff member in the pool bar would be helpful as we waiting a long time for food & drinks around the pool & everyone's bills got mixed up as they were so busy! Would stay there again 🙂

Buffett breakfast was great every morning gd selection needs beds very comfortable.besides the pools for the kids there was a ping pong table and a pool table that kept them very amused. Pool bar was gd but happy hour could do with a better selection of cocktails and I think that there should be service around the sunbeds rather than just sitting in the pool . Food and drinks prices are very fair which is gd as u don't always want to leave hotel to eat I would stay again thankyou. Read less

Check inn was warm and friendly and our room for the basic is spacious modern and very comfortable with a small balcony. We have been too Bali over a dozen times and this hotel would have to be the best we have come across and we have tried many!! Food and beverage is outstanding but the service is well and above your normal resort. We have enjoyed the Kitchen restaurant as well as the buffet lunch around the pool. Special mention to Augustine for her hospitality. My absolute favourite has been pre dinner cocktails at Ayoda bar with our favourite Natalia before heading too Amarta restaurant for our nightly dinner. We look forward too it everyday. Pool area is great and swim up bar is well equipped. Again thank you too the whole team for such a wonderful holiday. We won’t be staying anywhere else in future. Read less

Very disappointed as we hadn’t expected the Shabby Chic decor .. not to our liking at all. Our room was fine with a balcony/verandah to die for facing the ocean probably the best in the hotel. Restaurant was furnished with tables which appeared to be made of pallet wood and of different shapes and sizes. Food counter distribution area a bit chaotic at times .. food generally cold and plagued with flies. Mostly good food cooked badly. Restaurant staff quite surly and dressed too casually for our liking .. in fact there didn’t appear to be a dress code for the evening for anyone. Drinks in the bar were very expensive and the bar area for evening entertainment quite uncomfortable owing to the overuse of wicker chairs. We spent our evenings in the Hotel next door where the drinks were a lot cheaper the chairs more comfortable and the entertainment more interesting. Read less
