The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. They made me feel at home as soon as I arrived and greeted me every day with a warm smile and offers of help if needed. The rooms were very clean and well equipped and any requests were dealt with efficiently. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place away from the busyness of Ubud and require a relaxing time type of holiday. Read less

A very serene and tucked away feeling at Alila Ubud. The food was just superb - I couldn't get enough; I wanted to have every meal there as it was so delicious, incredible selection and very reasonable. The 'spa junkies' experience was sublime - so good to be able to be pampered for a time. I felt I had been away for weeks. The best about Alila… Read more

We absolutely loved everything about our stay at the Alila Ubud. There were monkeys all around the resort which was amazing to see. The staff were incredible, they went above and beyond and were so accommodating and friendly! The pool area was so lush, it was total relaxation. We would 100% stay here again.

just wanna say thank you Alila Ubud, for your personal touch throughout our stay. from start to finish the staff and service was just phenomenal and personal. i coincided our stay with a romantic dinner to propose to my now fiancee, our server Agung was hilarious in keeping up the act to lure my girlfriend off guard before the final surprise. Chef Wijana cooked a marvelous local balinese 3 course meal, he should make the soy duck a proper main dish serving! its like the small little village of Alila Ubud knew about my special engagement dinner, the following morning we had staff coming up to us with congratulations. i can never thank you enough for the hospitality you have shown us, making the stay so memorable. i absolutely love breakfast everyday with the ala-carte menu changing everyday, the pool was so beautiful. Lastly i was blown away by how 100% committed they are to ensuring you enjoy your stay, we had bug problems in our rooms (can't get away from it as the property is right in the middle of a forest) but my fiancee was stressed out with the cockroaches/beetles in the room and climbing into our luggage. and the frontdesk arranged a complementary 30min foot massage as a make up gesture, i was completely blown away by that offer. You have me as a Alila FAN FOR LIFE! Read less
