When we arrived we were told we had to come back down and re check in for the last night as their system could not deal with 2 bookings at once. Then I was told I had not paid and would need to pay. I could access my credit card statement and after emailing it to them it took half an hour for them to realise I had paid already. Waste of time. Read less

I had trouble booking this accom for my friends, so many new rules that made the process a pain. We contacted the hotel numerous times as we had added an extra night. After 3 emails and contacts via Agoda BTSH still never replied. So unprofessional. The rooms and service are fine, normally I'd give the staff 5 stars but Ms Neela in reservations has ruined our long term relationship. I'm sad to say that I've book different hotels for my next 3 stays in KL(I usually spent 3 to 5 nights per stay). I don't know whats happened here in 12 months but go back to the way you were. It started out with a horror experience with Serviced Suites in the same complex. After leaving there with a very ill 5 year old we walked over to this hotel and the help and treatment that we rec'd was 2nd to none. The 1st person we dealt with was Ajit from the concierge and his compassion and caring was very comforting. Patricia then approached my wife and assisted in comfortingher and my daughter as it was all becoming a little too much. I went to the reservations counter where I had the pleasure of dealing with a young lady named May Ling. She looked up some things and arranged a Premier room for us at an extremely cheap rate. The next day my daughter had deteriorated quite badly and Patricia arranged for us to get her to a hospital where she spent the next 5 days. Every day after visiting the hospital Patricia was eager for updates as she was genuinely concerned about the welfare of my daughter. Overall, the staff and service at this hotel has been excellent to say the least and would highly recommended you stay here on your KL visit. Even though it's a little more expensive than other places in KL it's definitely worth it. We'll be staying here again. To all the other staff that I have failed to mention, thankyou so very much for everything you did for us during our stay in making it as comfortable as possible. Read less
