Hotel was lovely . We were greeted with rose petals on bed and some chocolates as celebrating an anniversary. We stayed in the garden suite. Never tried any of the restaurants onsite . Only ate in the bar area which was good. Hotel does offer a shuttle bus to town but would have preferred more times . We explored KK day time and night time.… Read more

Nearly an hour each way but worth doing especially for the night markets. Overall beautiful location. Read less

And what a great hotel this place is - good facilities including a large pool and beach, tennis courts, rasia ria reserve with access to trails and outdooor activities. Alongside this, the staff on the whole are extremely welcoming. Some points to improve on: 1. Enable guests to use both pools - seemed strange garden wing guests are unable to use ocean wing pool.. the main pool was busy with loud music / many kids constantly splashing around 2. Invest in more mosquito detergent around lobby area including candles - some nights there were hundreds flying 3. Breakfast - cover cheeses / fruit (to prevent flies hoovering over), cool butter (with ice in a bowl) 4. There were a few rude staff members - two members at the bar on the main pool and the server at Naan restaurant - shame as everyone else was so welcoming 5. Improve gluten free pizza base at Oceana : it tasted like pastry YUK! Small points that can easily be improved - we’d defiantly recommend this place though! Read less

The resort is big and beautiful with gorgeous views of the Bay. Very kid friendly with lots of activities for the children especially if they are above 5. The deluxe sea view room at the Garden Wing was spacious. Swimming pool was fun for the kids. The breakfast and dinner buffets were sumptuous with a huge variety. The only problem was that there were a lot of mosquitoes and sandflies at Tepi Laut and I had about 10 mozzie bites. We were swatting flies the whole dinner which wasn’t very pleasant. Otherwise, food and service were great. Aiyono was really helpful and went out of her way to help us during check in. We are very grateful for her help. Gym was great but a sauna would have been perfect at the Garden Wing. Overall a great family friendly resort. Read less
