Tepi lioe restaurant was to die for but we did try the others and found them excellent too. The night jungle walk was a real highlight we saw loads of wildlife. We also enjoyed the free sailing. The pool area is great for couples in ocean wing yet families are well provided for in the main pool area. The little touches such was water cool boxes and ice towels at the pool went a long way. Would definitely return! Read less

We visited for 4 days and had an amazing stay. Staff were so friendly, rooms were spacious and clean, pool and beach were beautiful and all in all, we had a very relaxing stay. The only reason I gave this hotel a 4 is because of my personal preference of location. This hotel was very secluded which is great for serenity and having a complete getaway, but if you don't have lots of money to spend at the hotel restaurants, then you can't really just go down the street to other places. I would have loved to explore outside the hotel a little more without having to pay the price of hotel run trips which were just a little above our budget. If money is not a problem for you, then this probably won't concern you as the hotel restaurants do look delicious. There was one (Coffe Terrace) that we went to often but the others are around 60 AUD per person. Pros: Amazing staff, relaxing pool, private beach for hotel and some free activities run at the hotel (exercises, pool games etc.) Cons: Prices of restaurants if you are on a budget, location (only if you prefer being close to other activities). Visited for 8 nights and we could not have asked for more, such a beautiful setting with an amazing beach, gardens and stunning sunsets. Some great wildlife around (shout out to our jacuzzi monitor lizard friend who we nicknamed Barry!). Every meal was lovely, everywhere was clean and there were little bits which added to the luxurious feel such as cold towels and fruit sticks offered by the pool. We've tried pizza in Italy a few times, but I have to say the pizza in Oceana was amongst the best I've had, a perfect base! We started our trip in the Garden Wing and moved half way through our stay to a stunning room in the Ocean wing, the outdoor bath was a real treat and the evening drinks and canapes added another special touch. But without question, the best thing about our stay was the people, each and every single staff member was so friendly, kind and helpful - thank you all! Notably for us though, was the gorgeous Joviana, who took the time to remember our names and was always smiling and so lovely to talk to. What a team you all are! Hope to be back one day. Read less

Our 6-night stay was part of the Luxury Escapes package. We stayed at the Garden Wing. Although fairly distant from the city, the resort was amazing. The views of the ocean, jungle and resort grounds were incredible. The food at every restaurant was wonderful and we enjoyed every meal. We also enjoyed the day and night walks into the jungle and the back massage at the pool side. We spent every day at the pool and participated in the water aerobic and water polo sessions which were organised as part of the daily activities. The wonderful staff warrants a special mention. Every single one was polite, efficient and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We were really impressed. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will not hesitate to come back again some day.
