310 rooms. All with air-conditioning, satellite TV, complimentary WiFi, tea/coffee maker, mini-bar*, safe and hairdryer. Superior Rooms are available with either 1 queen-size bed or 2 single beds with garden, city or river view, sleeping maximum 2 adults.

Deluxe Rooms are equipped with a private balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows, sleeping maximum 3 adults, or 2 adults and 1 child.

Tien Court Restaurant (Cantonese and Sichuan cuisine), Princess Terrace Café (Penang buffet and à la carte) and Starscafé (Western cuisine), Connections Lounge with 2 resident live bands (daily happy hour, bar snacks and al fresco area). As previous reviews have highlighted, the hotel is tired at best. The carpet was worn and stained and the bathroom cramped. The room was dirty, there was an old newpaper and hair covered jam pot under the bed and the bedlinen had a strong stale damp smell! The room at the back of the hotel overlooked the noisy generator which seemed to vibrate… Read more

We moved to Singapore and we had to served 14 days quarantine in a designated facility. Our "luck" brought us to this hotel. The hotel is outdated and the 5000+ SGD for two weeks is too much for the quality you get. Cleaness is question mark - we put towels on sofa and armchairs to feel better... We moved to Singapore and we had to served 14 days quarantine in a designated facility. Our "luck" brought us to this hotel. The hotel is outdated and the 5000+ SGD for two weeks is too much for the quality you get. Cleaness is question mark - we put towels on sofa and armchairs to feel better... The fridge was not properly provide cold. No heating machine so. Most of the time all the food we are was cold. We stayed at 10th floor and until they served all other floors, ours was all the time cold. Pillows had an unpleasant smell - we asked concierge twice to change them. The bathroom had no shower curtain - after shower was water all over. The food served was by default and if you like to eat healthy you need to order from outside. Luckily we got balcony and we can spend time outside. Wi-fi get disconnected often but eventually you can do your work. The TV are old fashion and programs are limited and the image quality is poor - we had our own HDMI cable to connect our laptop otherwise is a complete disaster. I do not know if this is how it supposed to be in quarantine as is first time for us but it was far from pleasant and I think if there will be an interest to make people feel OK during the period of complete isolation, they could do much more for sure. We'll definetely, under any other circumstances, recommend this hotel further. We feel so relieved now that we are finally out. A definetely "no go" from our point of view. Read less

The rooms are very small, the carpets are stained, the bathrooms quite woeful, and the furnishings look like they haven't been maintained for a long time. Don't waste your time staying here. (That is when they pick up the phone have been trying for the last two hours to get through without success) Music thumms on incessantly. This hotel fails in basic hospitality by not providing hospitality. Picking up the phone would be a good start. Actually responding to basic guest request would be a good idea. If you have a choice. Family booked a room for staycation in Dec, and this disreputable hotel just cancelled without valid reason. Checking their site after the cancellation, and the same type of room still available during the same dates but at a higher price than before. Dishonest, deceptive and deplorable.
