Image of the Tripadvisor rating Highly unaccomodative bad option for vegetarians

We travelled with a child, and the hotel would not provide vegetarian options or ingredients as a special request for the child. My brother broke his hand in the weirdly shaped bathtub, I didn't complain because i had to take care of my child and my brother. My brother broke his hand in the weirdly shaped bathtub, I didn't complain because i had to take care of my child and my brother. I requested that at least breakfast (bread, butter and fruits) be served at the room as my brother was in pain and they said that it will be limited and said only 3 slices of bread could be served. I found it inconsiderate and absurd. I will not recommend this hotel, especially to vegetarians. Read less

This is our second stint at this hotel. This hotel offers outstanding proposition to all sorts of travellers. Location is overlooking the river, bus stop right in front of the hotel. Convenient distance to Chinatown and Clark Quay. Management is efficient. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable.

This hotel is really in need of updating for it to be considered a proper four star property. The public areas are very average and while the rooms were perfectly clean the furniture is tired looking and the rooms need modernising. Overall the hotel feels very muchlike it caters for group bookings and I'm certain there are better options for the price in Singapore. Read less

Despite being on a main road adjacent a busy intersection the rooms are surprisingly quiet and a good sleep is possible. Wifi is fast OK Points:- The breakfast offering is international and OK in terms of choices available and presentation. But it's not inspiring. Can't help feeling that it's the minimum the management think they can get away with. Given that there are dozens of superb restaurants within walking distance - guests are probably entitled to expect the Miramar to match the competition. Negatives are that the hotel is now looking very tired. For example:- Outside pool and gym is reached via a corridor that wouldn't look out of place in a run-down block of flats. The breakfast area has almost no decor and feels more like a canteen. Read less

Staff were lovely and breakfast delicious, buffet style but everything was topped up regularly so everything seemed to be hot and fresh. My only criticism of this hotel is the distance to to the MTR which is about 30 minutes walk but there are lots of restaurants and bars close by and also Clarke key. Taxis are cheap and very easy to find. Excellent would definitely recommend Read less
