By far the best hotel for a good staycation. Especially if you ever get service by Jay, Sanjiv, Shah and Angela. They make check in and out. Miscommunication to Communicate. Impossible to Possible. The View and the gift for the little one is so special and meaningful.

Had gotten in contact with one of the hotel staff, Sanjiv, during the booking period. He went out of the way to answer my queries and gave suggestions especially so since focus of the trip was to USS. A day before reaching the hotel, he dropped us a pre-welcome note - what a nice gesture in anticipating our arrival. The hotel, fairly new about couple months only, in the overall had a nice cozy feeling. Air-conditioning good. Sights, smells and sounds all good. Welcoming staff very pleasant. We’re grateful also to Angela for standing in for Sanjiv who was on leave on our arrival day. The welcoming mini-Cornettos was a nice touch! The rooms were nice and clean. Although small in size, I was impressed with the design and uniqueness of amenities in and outside the rooms. Location of the hotel was great for visitors who, like us, primarily wanted to visit USS and just have a relaxing time away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We could just take a 5-min walk to USS. Monorail station (Imbiah), 2-min walk, was convenient to get access to go to VivoCity for shopping and dining. Remember to take pictures with the Sentosa Merlion just before the monorail station. From VivoCity, it was just a few MRT stops away from Orchard Road where we enjoyed the colourful and dazzling Christmas lights. If the objective of your travel is somewhat like ours as above, would highly recommend this hotel for your place of stay. Location was great. Very friendly and approachable hotel staff. Rooms nice, clean and useful amenities. Overall, excellent experience! Keep up the good work, Sanjiv and Angela. You have two thumbs up!! 👍👍 Read less

Staycation for 3D2N to celebrate my daughter's birthday in the family connecting room ( which is actually 2 rooms combined). From the start, we were wowed by the experience. Not only was Thvyi all smiles upon reception, she patiently explained and elaborated on the affiliated offers the hotel had with other attractions and dining options. There was also free shuttle service from the hotel to RWS, Vivo and a short 5 min leisurely walk amongst greenery to Imbiah Monorail station. Upon learning of my daughter's birthday, she secretly arranged for a surprise visit with a gift and birthday cupcake of her favourite flavour to our room! She was accompanied by Roger, and both sang a birthday song and presented a lovely birthday card for her! My daughter was so delighted and excited with this surprise! Other pluses: Native Kitchen, which served buffet breakfast, was chockful with local and asian dishes. The manager also took efforts to crack jokes and interact with the diners, which made breakfast entertaining. The pools ( at least 4 so family friendly even for tweens) had amazing views and beautiful landscaping. We loved the vast expanse of the pools as well as the green landscaping. The whole experience was truly home away from home. Good job to the hotel staff for having such great energy vibes across all areas! Read less

We went on a 3d2n staycation at the Village hotel with my 5mth old baby. The room was really, really small with barely any room once they placed the crib. There were clever uses of space savings furnishings but we had to get used to having little closet space and using our bags as storage space. There is only one tiny dustbin in the toilet and that proved to be quite a challenge with an infant with multiple diaper changes in a day. Check in took a while but it was the start of the school holidays. They gave me a room with two twin bed instead of a single queen bed. When we checked with the counter, they insisted that I had booked it as such (double checked). They did not follow up again. We were also shocked to see a man in our room when we entered the room - he said he was from maintenance checking the room was ready. That was a little weird. We had also requested for a crib in our booking and again reiterated during check-in but we had to wait and follow up again before they sent it to us. Fyi - the phone did not work in our room so we had to make our way to the check in counter to request. They did send the another maintenance person to come check the phone but they could not repair it. Pool was overcrowded given the full capacity that day. Lazy pool was more like a shallow pool to walk in, was expecting some form of pressured stream to move me along . Probably wouldn't return again. Rooms are small for a family hotel. Read less

Nice new hotel! Good pools. Vending machines, coffee/tea complimentary at the lounge area. Free shuttle to festive walk and vivo. Booked a family room, 2 rooms connecting. Rooms are small, unable to open luggage. Requested for arrangement to check and did not revert till we called back. Room need proper dusty. We enjoyed our stay.
