Would never stay here again. The rooms are sooooo small. No hanging space, no floor space, no drawers or storage. Shower over the bath. Very few staff. Wait at the front desk is unbeleivably long. Over one hour at the front of the desk to be told room not ready, then another 70 mins to check in again. Not acceptable for a hotel that has this price… Read more

There are very few sun lounges and no staff to be seen around the pool. Rubbish from guests bringing in food (no choice) is not picked up. No service for luggage in front office. Do it yourself Please dont reply be saying you will pass it on to staff. Owners need to give the hotel more staff, chairs etc etc. Read less

If you're looking for a room to spread out and relax in, forget this hotel - the rooms are easily the smallest I've tried to stay in - and all rooms seem to be very similar in size. We have children, so our "room" was simply two tiny rooms with interconnecting doors. There is no balcony on any room, so drying clothes after a swim is near impossible within 2 days. The other negatives are slow check-in (slow system apparently resulted in our large party of 13 taking over an hour to check-in), slow service (we didn't have towels when we got to our room, and it took hours for them to arrive) and a small and very noisy lobby. The positives are the kids pools - there is a toddler pool and a bigger kids pool - but good luck trying to get one of the limited sun-lounges on offer. The is also an adults-only pool which is quieter and more scenic and has the pool bar, which closes at 6:00pm. The landscaping is unique and excellent. Staff are happy to help but are frustrated by the slow computer system. Read less

The hotel building is beautiful however the rooms are tiny and the room hall serves as the luggage storage, tea/coffee point, sort of wardrobe (hangers only) and bathroom as the wash basin is also there. Well... that’s ok for a short stay. There was one disappointing incident with our luggage which we never expected to face in Singapore. After checking out we left our luggage in the hotel as we had a late flight and wanted to take a walk in the city before our departure. When we retuned we found out that the keychains from my friends daughter’s bag disappeared. We asked the hotel staff to look for the keychains. They checked the luggage area, told us that nothing was found and didn’t care more. Thus the keychains were either stolen or accidentally pulled away and lost. Anyway our luggage was not properly supervised. So be careful! Read less

The rooms were so small and the walls paper thin - if your neighbours talk at a normal volume into the night (ours did) then you will not get any sleep. Many times when we tried to ring for customer service the lines simply rang out or hung up. No customer service at all - we spent 500 per night and had to drag our bags to our room on our own and staff in the halls neither offered to assist or direct you to where your room might be. we asked many times to have 2 spoons brought to our room and they simply said yes and never came once in 3 days! The pools are barely waist deep and kids are not allowed in the nicest pool. No where to sit at the pool, they do list and have a lazy river that is meant for you to float around on but it is only knee high depth and they have nothing available to be used for floating - despite the fact that I saw a trolley of floating rings in a staff only area. The breakfast is over $100- per family and the lines are huge. it is a nice looking hotel but that is where the story ends.....great way to spend a lot of money and be left disappointed. Will never be back ... that says it all Read less

Arrived early morning after a 13 hour flight from London Heathrow for a two day break before continuing on our way to Perth , Australia , ( 2 x adults and 2 children , ages 7 & 8 ). Compliments to the hotel for affording us an early check in at 9am to our adjoining rooms , Double and Single with no extra charge . The rooms while modern and new seem to lack substance providing very limited space combined with little area to store your suit cases or even hang your clothes . While the ensuite bathroom offers a five star experience consisting of a self cleaning toilet and rain shower there is no actual sink in the bathroom or toilet area , this is located outside your bathroom and adjacent to the room entrance . The kids loved the swimming pools but there is a serious lack of sun loungers / chairs to accommodate the volume of guests , also a lot of maintanance work going on , with staff even varnishing the decking area around 5 feet from someone trying to relax on their sunbed ? There is a pool bar with swimming area overlooking the ocean however this is strictly an adult only area and considering 3/4 of the hotel would appear to have kids this leaves very limited options around the pool other than a camper van selling hot dogs and soft drinks . Prices are high in the hotel but thankfully there is a 7/11 close by . The hotel overall is ideally located at the gateway to Sentosa , a stone throw from Universal studios and all the major attractions including the beach walk to cafes / bars . I would best describe the hotel as a contemporary mix of attempting to combine luxury with budget like new age accommodation ,for example vending machines in the corridors , tea and coffee , ice etc . While I enjoyed the stay and the kids loved the pool I am not sure this sort of hotel really ticks the box for me ? The Gym is good , although some music /tv would be good ? Read less
