Things to see and do in Bangkok

More about Bangkok

Avoid the tourist markets and see the real deal; the authentic Tha Kha floating market which offers a hugely rewarding experience as local people come to barter.

This walking tour visits a stretch of the riverbank where many original communities remain and we explore the diverse local cultures and the stories of how these groups arrived in the area.

Diversity Tour - Bangkok

See Bangkok in a different light and explore this Asian capital by night, discover a festival of illumination where traditional Chinese street lanterns mix with multi-coloured shop signs creating a sublime ambiance on Chinatown’s main thoroughfares.

Bangkok by night

The Grand Palace is an architectural wonder of golden stupas, walls and pillars encrusted in shining and colourful mosaics. You can also continue on to Wat Po - famous for its massive reclining Buddha.

Wat Pho

This tour provides a fascinating insight into Thailand’s WWII history. The infamous bridge and the ‘Death Railway’ is a poignant reminder of the thousands of POW’s and forced Asian labourers who lost their lives during the construction of the railway. We visit an interactive museum and research, take a long-tail boat trip to view the bridge up close and board a train for a ride along the infamous railway.
