This was our first night of our two week holiday having left the UK the previous day so we were a little weary. Lovely hotel and a warm welcome. Having got to our room on the 12 floor wow what a view of Bangkok. Decided to have a walk up to the local market which was only 15 mins away. Cocktail bar was quiet but good and friendly service. Main restaurant had a good menu and once again good quality food and service. Comfortable room had everything we needed. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection. Read less

I stayed here with friends for 3 nights in january. After a long flight we arrived to a nice welcome by the staff. We were upgraded to a nicer room which was very welcoming, the food for breakfast was amazing, a good varied choice and helpful staff.

The hotel was arranged by the travel company and it’s a good hotel but the comparison of 4 star might have been a while ago but the rooms are looking a little tired and need a revamp. Not really any complaints about the room as comfy but about 10 years out of date. However the hotel is very friendly and located well with the nearest subway ( victory monument) is about 10min walk and easy to find and foot routes through the city. We managed to get a 17th floor room which there isn’t much noise from the roads surrounding. But overall no major complaints but just needs a revamp especially with other 4 star hotels in Bangkok centrally located. Read less

Very nice sized room, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, beautifully tiled bathroom. Safe, hairdryer, bottled water, bathroom accessories. Large selection buffet breakfast. Lovely pool though not very big, nice sun terrace. Not too far from China Town, short taxi or tuk tuk ride. Recommend.

We generally only stay in 4 or 5 star hotels and are aware that hotel conditions and ratings vary by regions. This hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel. The rooms are tired and worn. The mattress was hard and lumpy. We had to change rooms after our 1st sleepless night and marathon flight from the USA. Buffet was below average with cold food and assorted variety. Poll was closed at 9:30 p.m. when we tried to use it. Location is o.k. and close to Skytrain and King Power shopping. We would not recommend staying at this hotel for any price. Read less
