However to get to other parts of the city it’s best to get a cab or tuk tuk which are dirt cheap. The room itself was spacious but could do with a bit of modernisation. The bathroom had a small tiled step into the shower which if you don’t see and bash your toes on can be really painful. Breakfast wasn’t great, but then it’s Asia so you have to expect rice and pork at 8am! They do have an omelette/egg station though. Overall, not bad at all. I would stay here again. Read less

My family with me stayed in this hotel for 3 nights during our visit to northern thailand. The hotel is a minute walk away from the night bazaar .great location. The stuff are efficient and friendly. Since there were no room available in our ordere we got upgraded to a business class rooms .2 intercoñnected rooms for my family. The elevators are a bit small and crowdwd. It was our luck that we stayed on the 21 floor so we always had a place inside the elevator. People from the mid height floors sometime should wait more because the elevator was full. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The shower heads fit for short people but for high people i dont think they could wash their head so easily. The stream of the water is quite good. The walls of the room are quite thin so you can hear whatever happens on tge next room. Breakfast is very good with a variety of dishes vegetables fruit yogurts eggs meat but no so much cheese (as in all thailand). As a whole the stay here was comfortable and nice. Stayed here a few times in the past and always been happy. Could hardly get a smile out of the staff. Our room wasn't clean. Had to ask them to wash the floors. Bathroom didn't get touched. Breakfast is nothing like it used to be. Over all a bit of a disappointing experience. Only saving grace is it's great location.

Felt like they were just trying to lure in tourist bookings with no concern for the experience once you got there. None of the staff were friendly or helpful. Let’s start with the worst part-the a/c barely works. Not in the lobby or the rooms. The country is 98 degrees in June... a/cis important. The over-priced spa services were less enjoyable than the $8 massage parlors. The pool was dated, hot and lined with materials that were hard on feet. The location was great though. Close to night market and across the street from 7/11 and atm and currency conversion booth. Read less
