We loves our stay in Chiang Mai at the Le Meridien hotel. The location is amazing and we were able to walk out our door to the night market and every excursion we did could pick us up right from the hotel. The room was lovely as well!

Best Marriott property I've visited! Service was amazing; they gave me a free upgrade to a suite, thanks to my status.. The desk staff were incredibly welcoming, and personally showed me to my room. The Concierge Lounge had beautiful views, and the food was great. I'll definitely stay here on my future annual trips to CM!

On our recent trip to Thailand we spent a few nights at Le Meridien and it was a major highlight of our trip. The hotel itself is beautiful. It's luxurious, the staff is wonderful and you get everything you hope for from a luxury hotel. The location is also amazing, right in the middle of the bustling night market. While at the hotel, we took advantage of several amenities. We got massages at the spa, which were awesome. They are significantly more expensive than local massage parlors in town, which are also great, but here you're paying for the full spa experience. Only recommendation is to book your treatment early (before your stay if you can so you have options on time slots). The hotel breakfast is amazing and serves a selection of Western and Asian options. The pool is very nice and the view is incredible. My only complaint would be that the water was surprisingly cold considering how hot it was outside. Inside the hotel there's a wonderful little bar, a nice Italian restaurant and the WiFi is fast. Our room was spacious and had a great view too. Not only do I recommend this hotel, but it makes me excited to explore more Le Meridien properties around the world. Read less

Chain hotel with all standard amenities and comfort. Cleanliness is also of high standard. After 11 you cannot find anything to eat except room service!! Also they have a problem with their key cards and you have to update it daily otherwise you will end up going up and down to activate your card. Breakfast and service overall is very good!

Negatives: just so-so breakfast, and a strange peekaboo window in the shower looking into the bedroom. Yes, the peekaboo window had a cover-thing that came down but it was still awkward, and it didn't quite cover at the edges... saw these in Spain and hated them there too. Maybe they can save these windows for the romantic couples, and not the travel buddies. At the Le Meridien Spa, I had an amazing masseuse named Zee who provided a professional and excellent massage. We enjoyed our stay at the Le Meridien. Read less
