My husband and I regularly visit Thailand staying in both Bangkok and Chiang Mai.  During our latest visit to Chiang Mai in March 2019, we stayed at Le Meridien Chiang Mai for 5 nights and received excellent service and dining. The hotel is located near the Night Market which is very convenient for going out shopping and eating at night whilst being a short walk from the sites in the old town and the city walls. Our stay in the hotel was very pleasant. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient, making our stay an enjoyable experience. The dining at Latest Recipe was of an international standard with the important buffet breakfast setting us up for the day. We had a great lunch before we left that my fancy Chiang Mai curry noodle was very delicious which was the best I had. At all times the staff were friendly and courteous always trying to make our stay as carefree as they could. We will definitely stay at Le Meridian again for our next visit in Chiang Mai. Read less

My wife and I travel a great deal and this week we were treated to an experience of a lifetime at the "Le Meridien at Chiang Mai". When you stay at a prestigious hotel, there are several things that you expect in the areas of quality and service. This incredible hotel goes well beyond our expectations of excellence. Pamela (GM) and Sandy (Front Office Manager) and Napat (Guest Services Manager) have assembled a team that goes beyond "love of job". The entire staff has created an environment to make you feel as if they're all working for you alone. The attention to the smallest details cannot be overstated. While their costs are quite acceptable, their quality of service and incredible cuisine place this hotel in an exclusive group. After the first night, we decided to bring our entire family to this pearl of a hotel. John S. Read less

Hotel stay was so comfortable. Hospitality and friendliness of hotel staff were remarkable. All necessary activities and accessories in daily life were available nearby. Dining was a everyday's challenge to decide on where to go.
