During the reservation I was forced to be separated from my traveling group and stay in the old building. 2 months ago when we were making reservation I already indicated we were traveling as a group. During the reservation I was forced to be separated from my traveling group and stay in the old building. 2 months ago when we were making reservation I already indicated we were traveling as a group. Yet you front desk staff made no efforts to help me at all. Now the room itself is sufficiently clean but in terms of facilities such as AIR CON and SAFETY-BOX & TELEPHONE; they were all not functioning. I had to call for technical help myself. You know I believe you management need to make routine check INSTEAD OF HAVING CUSTOMER LIKE MYSELF TO CHECK THESE THINGS FOR YOU. I feel that room was not used for ages that is main reason you don't even know those things were broken. This is by far the worst hotel experience i had in Thailand over the years. Read less

If your in need of a super comfy bed and pillows Amati has it!.. Staff also amazing cannot do enough for you and the pools and beach bar are so nice. Great location.. Buffet breakfast isn’t 5 star but it’s full of everything you need

A very nice hotel with very polite, courteous and friendly staff. Lovely bedroom with very good facilities. Although the hotel is a fair distance from the main shopping area a free shuttle is provided by the hotel.

The hotel was amazingly wonderful. The staff and service was excellent. They are very willing to service me. I was happy to be here. Pool is big with alot of sun beds. My favorite spot in the hotel is the shoreline restaurant. Breakfast is good. Overall everything was great!!

Everything you can wish for on your vacation. From amazing staff to amazing food and amenities this hotel will full fill it all. We booked excursion through them and was more than happy. If you want to visit Bangkok rather stay there and after travel here as you have to be patient with busy traffic here.
