Found and booked Phi Phi Island Village Beach Resort online. Was not the cheapest but absolutely worth every cent from start to finish. My partner & I booked their transfer service to & from Phi Phi (highly recommend this as the resort has full control over this service. Other boats/longboat services are ran by locals/other companies.) The transfer was very professionally & organised. Arriving to the Island was just like out of a movie, absolutely amazing. We got off the boat to be greeted by song, a cool towel & a welcome drink. We optioned for the all inclusive package which got you buffet breakfast, choice of lunch & dinner daily & of cause drinks. We selected the Deluxe sea view room which was well appointed, clean and spacious. Breakfast & lunch you have a choice from 3 restaurants with large variety. We choose to do a half day early bird island & snorkel tour which is great fun, seen plenty of fish & monkeys & only around 200thb each. All staff at the resort were very welcoming, always had a smile & always saying hello. This was a once in a lifetime trip & we are so glad we chose Phi Phi Island Village Beach Resort. Fantastic job Karin & team. Pass on our gratitude to Sunisa & Art Kind Regards Rhys & Nick Read less

i stayed in this hotel last year in Sep ,but i am a lazy girl, didn't write a reviews for this hotel in one year but why i decided to write this review, because this hotel do promotion in China and as a maneger in a travel agency in china, hotel's representative recommend this hotel to me to let me sell this hotel to my clients and all my bad experience just come out in my mind All my trip is personal , i just have a short holiday with my friends and we stay here 4 nights (07-11Sep, 2018) , stay in phuket 3 nights Firstly , I have to say this is a beautiful hotel , very very nice beach and crystal water , very clean , bungalow style room is very nice Secondly , the worst thing just happened , the second day we stayed in the hotel , we go to the beach after we have breakfast , and my wallet just on the desk,i thought it should be ok because we lock door and i think the only person can enter our room is housekeeper , afternoon we back to room and i didn't noticed any wrong things happend , because usually we will not check the money in my wallet , i just saw it still on the desk but when we eat something and i want to pay, i just found that I lost 500RMB and 2000 THB ,and other countries currency ( because i like travel a lot , so i have USD/Japanes Yen/Indonesia Rupiah in my wallet) , so anyway I JUST LOST SOME MONEY WORTH 1,000 RMB To be honest , i was not so angry , becuse i don't want this thing ruined our mood and holiday , so we just called hotel and ask them if they can have check the vedio around hotel to see who clean our room that day hotel said they don't have vedio around the room and the maneger just don't have solution , keep saying : this is not going to happen, our hotel is very safe. Nothing , only this , don't have solution the second day , when we had breakast , manager came again , still cannot give us a reasonable explaning and solution we think money just lost , if hotel cannot help us to solve this , we two girls also can do nothing ( i actually wanted to call the police, but i am afraid the second day you may find my dead body in this beautiful ocean : just kidding) , anyway , we don't want to make the things bigger and we ask maybe we can change a room , a free upgrade is good :) , hotel said they don't have ocean view room , but can change a deluxe room for us . To be honest , a upgrade room also is not we want , we are not really to change the room , because we only have one night left . We only want hotel to show their apologies and make us a but you know what is worse , hotel give us a room just in the corner of the hotel , trust me , if you get robbed , NO ONE WILL HEAR YOU WE JUST THINK IT IS TOO RIDICULOUS and the whole thing , i cannot see any apology from hotel, and even don't have any solution , the maneger only can see : this is not going to happen, our hotel is very safe. i also don't remember if he say sorry or not by the way , the food in hotel is horrible , seafood is not fresh and price is too high breakfast is ok , many choice so maybe you will not meet this kind of thing , but i will never back to this hotel any more Read less

We stayed four nights (I wish it could have been more) in Phi Phi Island Village Resort. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. Once we arrived in the Phi Phi Island port, a team o blue-shirted employees were ready to take us by long tail to the resort. The journey by boat itself already heightens the expectations and once you see the extended beach with villas and pools rising up, you know it's not a dream. Yes, the hotel is a little secluded and away from all the heavy partying mayhem. This is a resort for families and couples who wish to enjoy each other's company in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. But no time to get bored: pools, spa, endless beaches and a variety of activities, ranging from yoga to many off-shore excursions. We ourselves went one day to Bamboo Island which is in the top 10 beaches in the world and the other with a speedboat (with 10 other hotel guests) to different islands and lagoons. Highly recommendable. The food is wonderful and we ate in all four restaurants. Breakfast is endless and offers everything from hot and cold, sweet and sour, western and asian and really good coffee (important:)). The Thai restaurant is spectacular, as it is set in a authentic traditional wooden Thai house with a beautiful terrace overlooking the bay. We had the tasting menu which was wonderful, as we had dishes from different dishes from around the country. Dinner in The Beach House was world class with wonderful steaks and wines. The villas are incredibly spacious and comfortable, The bathroom is huge and has a walk-in shower and semi-walk-in closet for your clothing which is very convenient. The level of service was matching the quality of the facilities. Everyone is friendly, smiling and so willing to give you a great time. There is a small village with a range of bars and eateries next to the resort if you need a change of scenery (and want cheaper laundry service). We had a wonderful time and I can highly recommend this resort. Read less
