Booked here for 7 nights and it’s very good value for money Hotel is very clean over all and staff very helpful. Rooms: as other reviews say the rooms are small, if you are travelling with more than one case you won’t have enough storage space. You can fit cases under the bed but it’s a pain to keep getting the cases out for under the bed for clothes etc. To be honest there isn’t much space for much. As we had a 18 month old with is this made the room much smaller so removed the long stool and placed under the bed. 2 free bottles of water per day is a nice touch. Beach towels are also available. This hotel isn’t suitable to wheelchair or strollers, to get to the restaurant, pools and beach there isn’t a flat path it’s stepping stones which isn’t ideal and also no baby changing facilities in the hotel. Beach: hotel is on a small beach, you have two local vendors one selling fruits and chicken and the other motorsports. You can walk along the beach towards fisherman’s Village in about 15 mins Breakfast: same every day, fried eggs, pork and chicken sausages, grilled tomato’s and fresh omelettes along side local rice dishes and the usual cold options. Pools: 3 pools and a small kids pool, was never that business during our stay and lovely and warm. Pool Bar: offered snacks and drinks until around 7pm ....smoothies are a must ! Around hotel: 7-11 100 yards down the road and a foodmart about 300 yards away. Quite a few local bars and restaurants within minutes and of course Fisherman's Village 15 mins away. Restaurant: standard really, cheap but not by Thai standards but was good and did the job. Hotel does offer trip etc , my advise would be hire a taxi from across the road and get them to take you. We hired a taxi for half day for £45 so you can spend as much or as little time at each place as you want. Overall a pleasant stay but I wouldn't stay again with baby due to not being stroller friendly. Read less

We booked a triple room, when we arrived the hotel added a 'cot' bed to a standard double room. The beds were on top of each other, and could only be accessed from the bottom of the beds. The doorway to the balcony was blocked, and we couldn't get to the coffee station, as the bed was in the way. The hotel advised that the beds fit, therefore… Read more

The doorway to the balcony was blocked, and we couldn't get to the coffee station, as the bed was in the way. The hotel advised that the beds fit, therefore it is a standard triple. We were eventually moved to a larger room, on the 3rd out of 4 nights of our stay. The hotel refused to compensate us for the first 3 nights spent in the tiny room Read less

Basic hotel with a weak service. Rude receptionists. It took really long time during check in and check out. Personnel couldn't answer on easy questions regarding payment. Breakfast is ok. Nevertheless good territory, ok rooms, not too much people on the beach.

Overall enjoyable stay, good value for money. Very close to the beach. Nice swimming pools and enough sunbeds to go round. Breakfast selection above the usual Ibis standards. Good choice of restaurants nearby. 20 minute walk to Fisherman's village. Hotel shuttle bus available to Central Festival Mall.

I had a problem with the toilet as it didn't flush , they forgot to send someone to repair when I first asked so I tried myself. I side it was dirty black water with black bits of dirt floating in it, plus some random plastic bottle. Antenna of the TV also not working well which meant video quality was poor . It used to be a good value for money… Read more
