Super poor service. We came to AIR the reception manager after a problem we had with the noise hearing from the pool construction, they asked us to turn off the music we put on our tiny speaker while not interrupting nobody. While they are doing a lot of noise with the constructions - the reception manager RIN that made fun of us and keep calling us “you the Israeli people” and “you the same as Israelis” like what the hell are you saying here?? and told me I can not put my music while hearing them renovating the hotel I need to hear the noise of their machines in the pool instead of enjoying the pool. Poor customer service. I’m a OZO old client and been here 5 years ago and recommended more than 20 people about this hotel. In case I’m an online advertising company owner and managing 5 groups in Facebook of Thailand with thousands of people and we will defiantly let every one know about that. AIR was pointing specifically to Israeli people and telling we’re making problems as “Israelis” and not treating us as customers and that was super humiliating and we will not sit quite on it. I have part of it recorded and will start dispatching the videos all over the place. Good luck with your next season OZO. Read less

Great hotel and location is fantastic. Rooms are clean and the shower is brilliant for after a day at the amazing beach - it is so big you could fit a netball team in it. I can’t believe this hotel is only 3 stars if this was in the UK it would be easily a 4 if not 5. The hotel is spotless and the service good. Breakfast caters for all and the… Read more

I can’t believe this hotel is only 3 stars if this was in the UK it would be easily a 4 if not 5. The hotel is spotless and the service good. Breakfast caters for all and the first hotel I have stayed in where we have gone for breakfast every day as it was so good. Yes the hotel does not have the massive rooms of some hotels but you don’t come to Thailand to spend it in your room. I recommend staying at the Ozo you will not be disappointed. Read less

stayed here in March and had amazing time, our room we did pay extra and we were in 5013 (I think) which has the bean bags outside and own little garden area and view of the sea which was amazing, also great to see the sunrises only saw a few but great to see, room is small and strange that wardrobe and drawers are in the bathroom, this is another reason we were pleased to have the outside area as room is small, the other rooms that had balconies you can only fit one person on at a time they really are small so pay the extra and have nice view and more room outside, the sea and sand are white sands and lovely clear blue water which is like getting into a warm bath, watch out for jellyfish we did see some and there are signs warning of these about, the parasols are blue which from our room looking out was nice as blended with the sand and the blue sea, the pool area was spacious and plenty of sunloungers and tables, breakfast was good and the lady at the egg station was always happy and very good at cooking what ever eggs you want, lunchtime we ate here as couldn't be bothered to walk about, my husband loved all the thai food I tried some more plainer dishes but there is a lot so I ended up having the childrens meals which was enough for me and I laughed as still came out on mickey mouse plate but I didn't care food was good and im a big kid at heart, price of food and drinks here are very expensive but there is a shop just across the road and you can buy 4 beers for the price of one at the hotel so we did this and put in fridge in room along with water etc, staff are friendly and the security guys always said a hello or goodbye, very relaxing during the day and at nightime you went out hotel into the street and walked either way and numerous bars and restaurants and the place came alive, lots of noise and such a difference from in the day, the thing we found funny was the cables they are above you and millions of them and you hear them crackling but all seemed to work just wouldn't want to be around if an electrical storm lol. we stayed here for 12 nights and were very relaxed and I didn't want to leave, the beach is stunning and the grounds of the hotel are all well kept by the groundsman, we ate once at the stacked burger which is associated with this hotel but again very expensive just for a burger and chips, walk 10 mins up the road and its half the price, had a thai massage just to the left of this hotel and that was amazing, taxis are cheap but you need to haggle price, same as in shops haggle the price, please visit the elephant sanctuary as your money helps them save the elephants from the tourist trade, would love to come back to this hotel one day only thing we found strange is after 8pm you cannot get a drink, so again we got drink from the shop so after we been out for the night we could come back and have a drink in our room or on the beach Read less

Not only good location, modern design and beach in front of the hotel is great. No group tourist seen , so you can stay comfortable . Only bad points is less food variety and spacy room but enough good for a couple
