I would like to thank the hotel staff Ms. Phrammanee, she is really a good person. The story is that I booked a room of the Hotel Slate through XXX agent, the name on voucher was a bit different, I requested the agent to amend it for me, but they refused. I told the case to Ms. Phrammanee, she advised me try to request the agent again. On the other hand, Ms. Phrammanee contacted the agent’s partner about this matter. Finally, XXX agent seemed processing amendment. I really appreciate Ms. Phrammanee’s effort. Technically, I was not their guest at that moment, she had a right to decline my trouble demand, but she didn’t. I am grateful to what she did. Her working attitude is worthy to be praised and introduced to everyone in the world. Thank you very much to Ms. Phrammanee! Wang Heung Ping 23rd March 2029 Read less

Two very lovely ladies who made us feel like friends rather than just one of many guests. The surrounding area is strange as although it’s on the beach it is quite run down. The Slate itself is beautiful however with 3 lovely pools, great places to eat (Black Ginger is stunning), well maintained grounds and great service. Read less
