The rooms are spacious, very clean and well laid out ( we had a garden view suite, which was really nice), and luxurious with good amenities. The staff are particularly caring, attentive and welcoming, and the breakfast is excellent - Vietnamese and western. Room service good when you need it and the hotel is really well located - just a 5 min walk to the old quarter. Highly recommend ! Read less

Second stay at this great resort; amazing experience from the moment we stepped out of the airport where the limousine driver Mr Nga was waiting for us. Most resort staff recognized me from my first stay and all greeted us by name and they made us feel like we were the only guests around. Had an amazing dining experience at the newly opened restaurant Art Space. Fantastic tomahawk steak (probably the best one I ever had) and a selection of interesting tapas. The restaurant has a gin trolley with 14 top-range gins. On the last night we enjoyed a “dining by design” which was an unforgettable custom-made dining experience on the riverside. Great service by Ms. Phuong, Mr. Thanh (Tommy), Chef Vinh and Ms. Van at reception. Many thanks to the entire team of Anantara. Read less

We stayed 5 nights here after a hectic and frazzled India tour, thankyou for providing the perfect serene oasis. The resort facilities and rooms were beautiful and well maintained, the restaurant settings for breakfast and dinner were equally perfect for a relaxing time with delicious and ample choices on offer. The staff were the most attentive and pleasant we have had on this trip (Singapore, Malaysia and India), your resorts hospitality style is perfect! Ask the reception about hiring a driver to visit Ba Na Hills, it’s a private tour with entrance fee included, it’s an interesting day, our driver Nga was the perfect driver, excellent driving and lovely conversation. Thankyou to all of the staff, we loved hearing ‘xin chao’ hello from all staff we walked by. All of the staff made our stay so welcoming, we definitely are coming back and will recommend this resort to our family and friends. We enjoyed a lovely dining experience in the resorts Riverside restaurant ‘Hoi An Street Food’ buffet, a delicious showcase of yummy Vietnamese food, definitely a nice way to finish our stay. The hustle and bustle of old town Hoi An is a slow ten minute walk on the same road and on the way you can get your new handmade clothes ordered. Tailored cloths take just a day or sooner if you need. We can recommend Vi Na Silk just a few doors on same side of resort, the ladies are lovely and very skilled. In fact everything about Hoi An was lovely, remember you’re on holiday and the locals are trying to make a living so always be polite and if you want to buy then do so or politely say no thankyou. Unfortunately there are scamming westerners who will try to befriend you on the streets and then immediately start peddling an amazing offer. Say ‘no’ to these scammers straight away, they are awful. They should go back to their homeland and not taint this beautiful holiday location. We hope to be back soon 😃 Read less

An excellent short-break stay at this hotel. Its a 10 minute walk from the edge of the Old Town and quiet and secluded despite the hoards that can cram the town (particularly the night market). We were ground floor near the pool, but the set-back of the room provided adequate privacy. Staff are very friendly and engaging, and extremely helpful… Read more
