Had a great experience, friendly staff and beautiful breakfast, would definitely come back again, the beach was nice and it’s so close. The upgrade to club lounge access was great and is a must, great value for money.

Hotel has great facilities and staff. Beach is wonderful and accessible. Good food choices at the various F&B outlets in the hotel. Resort is spread out and not crowded, and is extremely children friendly.

We stayed here for 3 nights and could not fault a thing. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they just so wanted to please. Our room was lovely, spacious, well appointed with plenty of storage. The pool area was massive even though needed some maintenance but the temperature was perfect. First impressions were that of a tired hotel but the service and attentiveness made up for everything. We would go back again and would recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you for a memorable stay. Read less

This hotel was awesome. The pool is right off the beach. On Saturday they had everyone in the pool dancing to music. There are activities for the kids. The beach is so clean and smooth-no rocks. I would highly recommend.

Just come back from a 7 day stay at this hotel. We stayed in a 1 bed residence in Block A. It was well kitted out with a good sofa bed for our son, a proper sized fridge in the kitchen, coffee machine, and a stunning view of the beach and sea. Was close to pool, restaurants and sea. Our toilet was broken, but was fixed very quickly. As others have said before, the pool had missing and broken tiles, and really needs an upgrade to match the prices they charge. Breakfast mainly caters for the Korean clientele, but the pancakes were excellent and the pastries menu changed each day. Try the passion fruit smoothie which is delicious ! All 3 restaurants were great, but are much more expensive than restaurants in Hoi An and Danang. Service was excellent and the staff were very helpful about which food my son could eat with his peanut allergy. The Pool House’s kitchen closes at 8.30-9 which is a shame as it then leaves only 2 restaurant choices for a later dinner. But whilst the location of the hotel is great for the beach and warm sea, it is about half way between DaNang and HoiAn. There are no local food stores, which meant a trek to one of those towns to buy supplies. There is an on site bakery which also sells items such as crisps, drinks, instant noodles etc, but the range is limited and the cost high. There is a happy hour, but this is for bread and cakes only (and there was never much left). One of the 3 restaurants were closed for private events 2 nights we were there (1st was a wedding, 2nd a conference) which reduced our eating options. I do have a gripe about the hotel shuttle bus to HoiAn. First it costs 80k Dong per person per journey. So for 3 of us that was 480k Dong per return journey. We couldn’t get Grab app to work, and taxi price was similar. For a hotel of this cost they really should provide the bus for free. It was particularly annoying when we found out our restaurant options were reduced those 2 nights. But the times of the bus were nuts. First one leaves hotel at 10am, takes 30mins and leaves HoiAn at 11am. Who would spend only 30mins there?! Even if you were collecting a suit from a tailor, it takes 10mins to walk into town, and 10mins back. The last shuttle of the day leaves the hotel at 5pm and returns at 6pm. Useless if you want dinner there, and again really annoying when you find out one of the hotel restaurants is being used for a wedding. I am a member of the Hyatt loyalty scheme, and this was disappointing and unfortunately would probably stop me booking this hotel again. I would rather stay near HoiAn or somewhere with more restaurants & local stores, or preferably a beach hotel with a free shuttle (and there is at least one I know that provides this). Such a shame as all the staff were lovely. Read less
