Impeccable service, lovely, attentive and discreet staff, excellent amenities and cleanliness. Stayed there on a short 2day trip on my own, looking for some TLC and pampering time. The spa and the care provided are simply great, the gym facilities have the best machines and everyone can find something that suit them to workout. I’ve been coming to Mui Ne for the past 20 years and I can only highly recommend this resort, by far the best and safe bet in this constant and ever changing Mui Ne. Will def come back! Read less

Offcourse that is oke but in this case there was a family of 10 very loud and rude people ar the pool for 3 days. (Playing music on there phones, jelling kids and they were very rude to the staff) this made our anantare experience not what we are use to. We go to anatara to relax and chill in quite. The street behind anantara is a busy street with shops and restaurant. Great! Because we dont want to eat or spend all our time at the resort. Well... not so much. Apparently they call this part of mui ne “little moscow”. There are a lot of russian people in mui ne. About 90 percent off all visitors were Russians (not at the hotel) ofcourse thst is fine but in this case the whole street adapted to this 90 procent. Most restaurants have russian menu’s and even russian staff. In about 200 meter we were spoken to in russian for 5 times. A lot off restaurants and spas put a russisn person outside to get people in. The shops are here to cater the russian so there is verry little left of the vietnam we so much love. Will not go here again. We did have some great food at anantara and sandles restaurant. (The sailingclub) which has beautifull surrounders and is very quit. Last thing is that se were surprised to be offered so much marihuana bij vietnamees guys on motorbikes. We counted in 1 hour 8 times... So if you decide to go to mui ne. Anantara is a great choice as well as the sailingclub resort. Read less

Anantara Mui Ne has been on my radar for a few years now and I was fortunate enough to visit this incredible resort on my latest trip to Vietnam this past December, 2019! My girlfriend and I left the hustle and bustle of HCMC on the over four hour ride to Mui Ne and were transported to a tropical getaway that pampered us and gave us amazing views of the beach and ocean right in front of our bungalow. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and taken on a "tour" of the grounds and led to our beach front bungalow. During our stay, we were well taken care of - and so impressed by the staff throughout the grounds of the resort - main desk, restaurants, bar, room service, etc. The morning of our second day brought an unexpected situation - construction noise that shook our bungalow from what seemed to be jackhammering next door to the resort. This was not the fault of the resort as it was on grounds next door. I made a call to inform the front desk and expressed my displeasure of the situation and within 15 minutes was told that they had upgraded my girlfriend and I to a double beach front bungalow on the other side of the resort. This new accommodation was far enough from the construction noise that it was no longer an issue. I was shocked and pleased by this solution to the matter and couldn't believe they went so far and above to ensure my stay was perfect! I will never forget my incredible time spent at Anantara Mui Ne and will definitely return (hopefully, sooner than later!). Read less

Here are the pluses: - Nice rooms - Good breakfast - Friendly staff - Clean rooms Improvements: - Power cuts daily - Hopeless Wi-Fi -Kids in the pool area are not really welcome. I get that it should be reasonable for guests w/o kids but that kids play a little should be ok. One day the guards even tried to get our kids to take off their UV tops because you are not allowed “clothing” in the pool - Pool area deck isn’t cleaned frequently which means that you are lying in other people’s trash from previous days - Kite surfing madness beach - simply don’t get why kite surfing cannot be restricted to certain areas. There are a lot of newbies to kite surfing who are not in control and it causes dangerous situations at the beach (not only near Anantara) - No flexibility when we tried to shorten our stay here Overall we did enjoy our stay here. You can however do better. Still without a doubt the best hotel in the area. J Read less
