Slightly odd place which seems to have been built in many stages. There are very, very long halls and I was at the far end (where the lift was out of order). tour guide had warned that it could be noisy if room was on front of hotel but I was in a wing at the back with a view of a brick wall and parking lot - and one snowy mountain. Room was a decent size for single with a very comfy king bed. Bathroom small but convenient. Nespresso machine and a kettle, fridge. No mini-bar which is fine since there are shops nearby. Biggest complaint among our group was breakfast. Hard to imagine how any professional cook could make such dry hard scrambled eggs, rubbery pancakes. Boring supermarket bread on buffet in plastic bags. Coffee stewed and tasteless so go to room for something decent. Read less

Could not recommend this hotel enough. Loved the staff, amenities, room design and the breakfast. Located within a stones through of excellent dining and shopping. The ski bus was ultra convenient and every detail was looked after.
