Stayed one night to go skiing. Room was nice and clean, needs some paint tho, pillows were great, different sixes which I enjoyed. Nothing to complain about here. Good parking. No restaurant so in morning we had bacon and eggs at A&W just down the road. Remember the extra taxes.

We stayed here 2 nights touring the Rockies. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfasts were good, but the evening meal we had there was a bit disappointing, mainly in terms of the price. The hotel is also quite a long walk from the centre of Jasper.

We had a terrible stay here over the weekend. Our room was a complete sauna. We turned the heat off completely with no improvement. We had a terrible stay here over the weekend. Our room was a complete sauna. We turned the heat off completely with no improvement. The front desk told us we had to turn the knob in the other direction to turn it off, but that actually turned it back on and roasted us. My two dogs panted all night and the kids couldn't sleep due to the extreme heat. Finally ended up opening all the windows, even though there was a card in the room saying not to do that because the pipes might freeze and burst. Obviously this isn't the first time the heat issue has come up in this room, or people wouldn't be opening their windows in the winter! Horrible night. Kids enjoyed the pool until the adults returned from their ski trips and day in there drinking, smoking and loudly swearing. You charged me extra for my two quiet dogs maybe you should start charging extra for idiot adults. The restaurant was way overpriced And completely void of any patrons even during dinner rush. Paid well over $100 for two kids meals, a salad, nachos and fish and chips!?! Never again. Stay away. Read less

I've stayed at this hotel many times over the years, but this will be the last time, for the price i can find a better place to stay. This place is starting to be very dated. That being said, I booked a room a few months ago and was told that they only had superior rooms left. Once i got there i found out that there were regular rooms available. The room door needed to be hip checked to open or close, the wall paper is falling in the bathroom and the room wasn't the cleanest. I've stayed in much worse but the price reflected it. Most of the staff was excellent but the girl that checked us in wasn't very fluent in english and we couldn't communicate that we had friends there and we were looking for a room close to theirs, no real big deal, i'm used to it. The one thing that bothered me the most was that we were not told about the $10 voucher for the breakfast buffet that you can get upon checking in. While eating breakfast, a young gentleman informed us that without it the price was $16. He informed us that it was no problem we could finish eating and get our voucher after. Unfortunately the older lady sent him back over to inform us that if i didn't have the voucher immediately that I would be charged full price, forcing me to leave my table in the middle of breakfast and go to the front desk, no big problem, a bit rude but no big problem. Then she proceeds to follow me to the front desk and make sure that i picked up the voucher, ok, that's enough. I'll admit that i rudely gave her the voucher, but her attitude was less than professional. For the rest of breakfast she gave me a nasty stare, in which after a while I returned. The younger gentleman apologized for the whole thing, none was his fault as he had just recently started working there. Read less
