Our multi generational family stayed four nights in January. Comfortable large room and good service. Beautiful views and right beside the falls for great outside walks. Inside access to water park and to casino. Can’t beat the location in good weather or bad.

Although this hotel is not as close to the fun family attractions, it's a short walk to the falls observation area, restaurants and the casino. Very picturesque😎 Read less

Having an unobstructed close up view of the falls added so much to our visit. The 20th floor room was set up with two comfortable chairs facing out the window, making it a wonderful place to relax. It was a classy hotel. My comparison is a previous stay at Embassy Suites next door and the Marriott was superior in every aspect except size of hotel room and cost because breakfast at Marriott added $75 for 2 adults, 1 child, excluding tip. Everything was easy, fast, uncrowded, and quiet at the Marriott and this made it much more enjoyable. We would return here. The breakfast buffet was good, and cheaper if purchased at check in, but the extra special taxes at the fallsview hotels are also added to meals which deterred us from eating more meals on site. The restaurant for breakfast is in the Morton's venue and is very attractive with views of the falls (although our room had the best views). The pool had windows that overlook the falls and the natural light was nice. The hot tub was large and hot. We were disappointed the sauna was closed the entire visit. The pool area is clean but needs refreshment to deal with rust, which made my son feel it was less pleasant. In the summer, there is an attached patio overlooking the falls that would be amazing. One aspect that we enjoyed that I didn't see in other posts is that the back (falls side) of the hotel leads directly to a foot bridge to the incline railway and to the back the casino half a block down. Just past the gift shop in the lobby is the door to this foot path. Photos attached. This was great because it was such quick access to the falls, Table Rock visitor center, and Journey behind the falls. It is also quick access to the food court (Tim Hortons, Bar Burrito, Burger King, sushi, Paramount Lebanese), shops, and parking at the casino. Instead of $40 per day for parking at the hotel, we parked at the casino, where you pay whatever rate is posted at the time you leave. When we left at 10:30am on Friday, it was $10 (for the entire duration of parking). It was actually very close. The TV was big, the wifi strong, the beds very comfortable, the coffee weak. Read less

My fiancé and I stayed here for one night and had a fabulous time, the view from our room was absolutely fantastic! We took advantage of the free tasting the hotel offered at the bar then went to dinner at Morton’s and it was amazing the food was to die for and our server Anna was so great, couldn’t have asked for better service, she was helpful in every way she knew the menu really well and was able to give us her recommendations which turned out great! It was my birthday but I was surprised after we ordered dessert to get a slice of key lime pie with a special birthday wish on it, after dinner we got back to the room and heard a knock on the door which was a beautiful photo of myself and my parter at dinner it was a great gift! Over all it was a great experience the hotel was well set out and rooms were great, the bathroom was amazing the spa was so good! Highly recommend this place to stay, Morton’s to eat and you’d be so lucky to have Anna as a server :) Read less
