I arrived at 8:45am at the hotel to enjoy my tour and the lady said that I wan not on the list so my tour is canceled (btw is the only reason why I was in Niagara since I’m living in Toronto and saw the falls a hundred times). The room was horrible and disgusting (pictures) and the only answer I had about everything was «  we are sorry ». I paid $400 for a haunted room. I had to pay à Uber to visit at least one winery ($80 Uber + $30 for the winery) when I supposed to jump on a shuttle and visit 4 wineries. This hotel is a shame and the service is horrible. Niagara Falls is a BUSY place ! Once we pulled into the driveway of the parkade at the Sheraton on the Falls , we were met by the valets who directed us to the temporary parking area while we checked in. Upon check - in , we opted for valet parking and had absolutely no worries after that ! There were no restrictions to the number of times we could request our car . It was WELL worth it to us ! Check - in was fast and easy with our friendly front desk associate. When we got to our room , we were very pleased with the view of the Falls . The room was very clean and well furnished . Housekeeping service was flawless ! We were more than pleased. This next point is very important ! Once you get into the elevator, they are VERY FAST up to your floor (20th) flr.). In many hotels, that is not the case . We were very pleased with not spending a lot of time riding elevators ! We had dinner one evening at the buffet just to try it out . Beautiful dining room but we found it quite pricey. We really didn't think the children sticking their fingers into the chocolate fountain was particularly sanitary . I've seen unsupervised children doing this at other buffets too, so I generally stay clear of buffet chocolate fountains anyway ;-) . We enjoyed the easy proximity of this hotel to parks, restaurants , entertainment , the promenade along the Niagara River going to the Falls . We loved our stay Sheraton on the Falls Hotel and we will be back there again ! Read less

Lots of amenities in the hotel and a lot of fun things to do within a 5 minute walk outside of that. Yes, their are some *slightly* cheaper hotels nearby, but trust me, the few extra bucks is absolutely worth it, particularly when you stay on the falls side! Staff was great, rooms were modern/clean, and *wonderful* water pressure (a rarity in hotels these days). I don't have anything negative to say about our stay. Read less
