Overall it’s an improvement on the room decor and needed hotel update. Staff was friendly and helpful. But a few key things to point out that standout and needs improvement. Front lobby check-in area need more staff to better receive and help guide guest. All were overwhelmed with a massive crowd with no other support or host/staff to guide or provided any assurance. Elevators are divided to better service the lower to upper level floors. The only problem is they take an overwhelming amount of time to get to and from your room as it appears there aren’t enough elevators or way too many people for them to service everyone. Minimum wait time is 10 minutes to 15 minutes to board an elevator. Then once an elevator arrives they tend to be dirty with litter on ground. Rooms. Highly recommend upper level floors as they are more spacious and hallways are wider. It appears any floor below 12 have narrow hallways and are much smaller. We stayed on the 20th floor and had a great view of the falls. Our friend stayed on the 10th floor and their room was quite small and narrow but had a great view. Overall this hotel is for families. As you will see a lot of them. So if you’re looking for a couples getaway I would probably choose an upper level floor north of floor 15 or another hotel all together. Read less

The front desk attendant was fantastic and did her best to get us into rooms. She offered to comp the parking and went to get the manager. When the manager arrived she was nothing but rude. I wish I knew her name, blonde lady with red pants. She was not helpful, very rude and basically told us to take what we get or too bad. The check in line was all the way to the sidewalk. This is not the way customers should be treated by management. The Sheraton is a huge hotel chain and this behave by the young manager was terrible. She even made the young lady at the front desk cry. Terrible terrible terrible Read less

My stay for two nights is very very bad. 1- I booked falls view and I can’t see the falls unless I stick my head in the window, and when I complained they said to me it’s also considered falls view room. 2-we found clothes belongs to the people before us ,that was really disgusting and when I complained they said all what we can do is to include you parking so you won’t pay for parking. 3-we decided to try the out door pool , their are no enough chairs, people had to sit on the floor and when I complained to the manger of the pool she said that is all what I have ! 4-No room service that mean if you need any thing for your bathroom for example you should call 6666 which is no body answers ,that mean you should go 15 floor down with the elevator that is busy almost all the time and go for front disk and wait in the line to ask for towels. 5-No laundry, I don’t know why? Conclusion this place sucks and I won’t recommend it for any body I noticed that while I was doing my reservation all the guests where made about the service And last my room wasn’t ready before 9pm !!!!!!!!! Thank god I didn’t need to check in before that. Take care guys have a good vacation away from that hotel For reference my room is 1575 Read less

Spoke to Jonathan from Front Office/Reservations, he was kind, courteous and took care of all our needs. Check in was a breeze and our room on the 19th floor had a fabulous view!! Especially when Italy won the world cup the time we were there. A good view of the celebrations below and the illumination of the falls! Having such as amazing experience, we rebooked again next week for 3 nights but will return with kids this time! Read less
