Fantastic view that you do not want to go outside Very clean rooms and spacious comfortable beds The amenities in the room are luxurious enough. The staff was also very friendly. Next time I visit Niagara again, I will use it again.

We went to the Sheraton for a getaway last minute. The staff was incredible from the front desk to the valets. The room was a little warm and turning down the heat didn’t seem to help however were able to open window which did the trick. The views were incredible. The location is excellent. We will be back again.

The interior walkway to the casino, restaurants, and water park make it easy to get around in the wintertime. Would return for sure when visiting the Falls in colder months - just wished the parking was cheaper as you have to park a block or two away.

This is a cautionary tale about booking over the phone. This was my fourth or fifth time at this hotel. I've done it in the past, and saved some money doing it. This is a cautionary tale about booking over the phone. This was my fourth or fifth time at this hotel. I've done it in the past, and saved some money doing it. This time, the inconvenience was not worth it. I booked a week before our stay, and was told an email would be set with confirmation. Never showed up. It took three more phone calls to get an email, which upon reading, I discovered they had screwed up the room and package. I called for the fifth time, talked to the front desk directly, and she assured me it was all correct. When we checked in, our room wasn't ready, no surprise, considering how much of a zoo it was. I've never seen the place so busy, and I've been there over March Break. We went to the pool, leaving our bags with the concierge. I got a text around 3 saying our room is ready. Went back, waited in line yet again, got the room. Was told I cannot bring up my own luggage, they have to. Fine. Go up to the room, and it's a closet with a tiny window, looking out into an air conditioner. I asked for a city view room, which has a nice view of the city. I start to text with the front desk, when I realize that the original reservation was wrong. To the staff's credit, they found us a garden view room, which was actually pretty nice. Overall, the water park is fun, but shows its age. The rooms and the fifth floor that we were on is showing its age as well. The buffets are very expensive but delicious. Parking and valet was super busy and congested, staff members yelling at each other in the parking area. Very busy hotel but fun if you keep that in mind. Read less

This hotel struggles between wanting to cater to families and attempting to be a 4 star luxury hotel. Both are possible . . . But not here. Not yet, anyways The Good: For the most part, the employees from the front desk to house keeping were first class. Most of the employees were very kind and courteous. The view of the falls (if you’re willing to pay) was spectacular. The UL Fun Zone with a zillion kids was nice. There is lots to do as this hotel is minutes away from the Hard Rock Cafe, Casino, Bird Sancutary, Starbucks, Hershey Store, and much more! The Bad: This Hotel has a LOT of wear and tear, from the rooms to the carpet. The elevators better have good maintenance, because they get used a ton! Our toilet had low water pressure... The $20 coupon given to be used at restaurants is a tease-it’s meant for two people and guess how much the minimum dinner at Massimos’ is? $75 per person. The pool was small, over crowded, and the chlorine visceral-probably from the zillion kids that use the pool weekly. The Ugly: The lobby was a mad house at check in. Cars coming and going at the entry way-hold onto all your childrens’ hands-it’s a zoo. It might as well been the UL floor game room. Parking is not free-Drop your family off and park in the casino lot, then get a Players card and play a little bit to save you $35 per night. THERE ARE NO BELL CARTS. You have to call a bell hop for assistance. And the taxes/fees lumped in together... Ridiculous. We paid over $120 in these non optional fees for a two night stay. This is a 3 star hotel at best. As a Marriott shareholder, rewards member and etc., I was a disappointed to say the least. The employees are this property’s saving grace. Read less
