This is a very clean hotel in a fantastic location. The room had special touches, like Aveda toiletries, an Espresso machine with fresh creamers and milk in the fridge. The hotel COVID protocol was excellent and made us feel safe. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The Staff here understand the concept of Hospitality. They are kind considerate and professional. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The site offers access to the downtown and is close to the Public Gardens. The site is also fully wheelchair accessible. We highly recommend.

Great location for Shopping, the Public Gardens, and the Hospital complex. All within walking distance Comfortable decor throughout. Wonderful service. We did our Booking directly with the hotel, and no problems. We only had 2 days, but next time we will allow for more time there.
