Fantastic location, great value for money, love the rooftop bar, restaurant clean gym with great windows, I am here on a weekly basis and this has become my hotel of choice. I have tried four other hotels in the area, and this is the best value for money.

It was a really comfortable stay. Right at the center of byward market. Staff were welcoming. The only down side is the walls sound proof is relative weak, you can hear people moving chairs upstairs and stuff

I was here for business, and this hotel met all my expectations. I had breakfast there in the morning, and while a little pricey, it was good and fast. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The staff were all extremely friendly and efficient. The location by ByWard market has lots of places to eat nearby.

Our corner room was absolutely lovely, with a very minimalist but attractive decor, and our housekeeper, Anne, whom we never met, did an incredible job cleaning and refreshing our room. So why not five stars? We had the misfortune to dine in the hotel restaurant. After an awful… Read more
We very much enjoyed the hotel: bright, clean and attractive. Our corner room was absolutely lovely, with a very minimalist but attractive decor, and our housekeeper, Anne, whom we never met, did an incredible job cleaning and refreshing our room. So why not five stars? We had the misfortune to dine in the hotel restaurant. After an awful experience (you can read my review), I went into Tripadvisor to read the reviews. Many of the reviews within the last six months note how awful the service is. I am not naive; I understand that businesses exist to make money. But if a hotel is going to allow its guests to risk substandard dining, as we did, it needs to be held to account. Read less
