The room they gave me for $350.00 per night was the quality of room you would receive at a 1 star hotel. Mattress was cheap and uncomfortable. Room was small and dark with no easy access to a light switch. Like a cheap bed in an oversized closet. Shame on you for charging these rates for this type of stuffy accommodation.

Easy location to get to despite construction downtown Ottawa. Comfortable rooms; great service and very friendly staff. Enjoyed valet parking and Starbucks Coffee location on site. On site restaurant very good as well.

Great service from the parking to the front desk to the room. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. There is a restaurant on site with a nice menu and delicious… Read more

Free underground parking on weekends across the street at City Hall. Room was renovated however queen bed felt like a double but very comfortable. Hot tub was very small but pool was good for swimming laps. Try the Monk's coffee at the hotel bar, it is amazing. Great hotel for the price. Read less
