Recent stay here for a couple of nights with my family of small and older children. The location is great, only minutes from all major attractions. The service was great, The only downside is perhaps that the property is old. hence rooms could do with a bit of refurbishment. The swimming pools was non operational due to COVID19.

This is a weird layout for a downtown hotel in such a nice city. Entrance is below ground level with lobby an awkward three levels up. Rooms are modern but small compared to standard Marriott design. Staying 2 nights. I dont normally do reviews while my trip is still not complete but I am making an exception this time. Main Lobby is on the 3rd floor. There is a musty odor when you enter. It's difficult to ignore. Restaurants & Pool is close. Room is not what I expected from a 4 star or Delta. They are clean, bed sheets and pillows were… Read more

It's difficult to ignore. Restaurants & Pool is close. Room is not what I expected from a 4 star or Delta. They are clean, bed sheets and pillows were soft, however there was not much light in our room, we felt claustrophobic. We are staying in the King Deluxe, spacious room but the washroom was a bit tight. Great location otherwise. Read less

If you’re looking for a vintage post apocalyptic unsafe stay, ive got just the place for you. With broken toilet seats to really make the room cozy and worn in, to no door looks to give you an adrenaline rush and keep you on your toes, to brown streaks covering the walls, curtains and sheets, giving that sense of mystery, the delta Marriott Quebec is the place for you. Oh and Perhaps you’re interested in a steaming hot bathroom with no fan, or maybe the loudest air conditioning you’ve ever heard that turns on and off every 2 minutes, or that musty smell of your grandparents house, or no staff at the front desk to make the hotel feel all yours, the delta has got it all. Looking for a Quebec souvenir? The keys demagnetized every time you use them, forcing you to get a new one every time you want to enter (which is not an easy task, considering there is no staff to be seen) this way you’ll have a key to bring back for the whole family! And Extended family too... unfortunately they advertise the pool as being opened which is just a complete lie. Not to worry the compensate with free beach passes! They make you think they’re actually trying to help but once you take your $30 taxi there you find out you have to wait 2 hours to get in, only to be packed like sardines and that it’s only worth $2. Also if you’re having trouble falling asleep at night you can clearly hear through the walls and doors, so the sound of your fellow deltanotors snoring like pigs and yelling is sure to put you to sleep. Wanna watch some tv? The sound is 3 full minutes behind the picture... the suspense will kill you! Wanna get closer with your loved ones? The tiny rock hard beds will pin you against eachother as you drown in one another’s sweat, can’t think of a better way to bond! In all seriousness this was one of the worst experiences of my life and the Marriott truly needs to take a look at this hotel. Please think before you book. Read less

The hotel just opened its restaurant for breakfast and that was good. The hotel itself is tired, however as long as it's cheap it's a good location. Weird system for Air Conditioning, but it does work just really slow.
