We had a jr. suite on the 17th fl with a view of the river. There was a construction tower attached to the building that mostly blocked the view from one window so be aware. Other than that, the stay was wonderful as usual. Staff is great and the bartenders in the lobby bar are unparalleled in my opinion. All around good hotel in Quebec.

The heated outdoor pool was nice in October, although the whole pool area was drab and sparse. It did give you a good view of the area and of the hotel where you could clearly see the concrete surrounding the windows outside all chipping away. The lounge was a complete overpriced rip off. Don’t have a drink there. And no food. Read less

Not unlike Montreal, Quebec city seems to be a full construction zone, at least where the hotel is situated and where the 'adjoining' parking is located. The hotel was bustling with tourist. The Queen Mary II was in town. We were, however, quickly processed and proceeded to a beautifully appointed room on the 12th floor, overlooking the old quarter and the waterfront. What a beauty. Here, not unlike the Hampton Hotels, the beds are fantastic, and the other amenities are also well appointed. After a quiet dinner in Old Quebec, we departed the next morning, not having partaken in their $25.00 pp all you can eat breakfast, but rather hoping to find a more sedate and economically palatable breakfast menu and fare. That was the only negative of our Hilton stay Read less

The lounge was great for panoramic views of the old city and the river and served a good breakfast. Also had great hors d'oevres from 5-7 that replaced dinner for us as we had a big lunch. Adele was delightful as the consierge on duty and very friendly and helpful. Hotel itself was just on the edge of the old city and the D'Youville bus terminal so great for getting around. Read less

My husband and I stayed at Hilton Quebec City for three nights in early September 2019 and had a great experience. Services were very good. The view from our room and from the lounge on the 23rd floor is stunning with Saint Laurence river and the Château hotel. Breakfast is continental but the coffee is very good. We walked everywhere including to the old Quebec city. After we checked out, I had to do a web conference call, the hotel kindly let me use one of the business centres to conduct the call. Will stay there again next time. Read less
