Fabulous location. Easy walking to all the main sites of Old Quebec. Rooms were surprisingly spacious and the hotel is much much larger than it looks. Rooms were clean and modern while the lobby had kept its charm. Amenities were great. Le Boulay in the lobby was excellent.

As we arrived at our room, the bell boy had also arrived, so we gave him a tip & we couldn’t believe how big our room was including a large bathroom. When we decided to get out onto the streets of Quebec, we couldn’t believe there was a Lower Quebec & High Quebec ... plus so many tiny shops. Whenever we walked into a shop or cafe, the people at the counter would welcome as we walked in & out! How polite & even at Hotel Manoir Victoria, the staff no matter where would practice their English on us. We felt very welcomed there & we would definitely come back. Read less
