The hotel is centrally located for visiting Old Quebec City. The reception staff were very friendly & helpful. We had a really comfortable room with a heated bathroom floor. The hotel's restaurant & cafe are also exceptional. We had a beautiful Christmas brunch at the restaurant.

Stayed here for two nights (2 adults and 3 children). Room had two queen beds - rollaway was extra even though we had booked for five of us. Parking is valet only. We arrived when it was snowing. We unloaded our car at the front of the hotel and gave our keys to reception upon checkin. We didn’t use our car until we left Quebec City as we could… Read more

Even after cleaning the room, there was always dirt around the sink. The second huge minus is the renovation! The hotel did not warn that the lobby will be renovated! There was a constant strong smell of paint in the lobby and elevator! And since I'm allergic, even 5 minutes spent indoors with paint caused severe coughing attacks. If the hotel had warned in advance that they would have renovation, I would not have stayed at this hotel. Read less

We were greeted with friendly faces, there was always someone to carry our luggage or ask if we needed anything. The parking was valet so you will have to pay unfortunately but the pricing is reasonable. Everyone was super friendly and almost all the staff speaks English. You are less than a 5-minute walk from the city square where you can book sightseeing tours, check out the waterfront and even have a look at the famous Chateau Frontenac hotel. If you are single or family-oriented and want a great stay and experience here in Quebec look no further. You will enjoy your time and your stay at Hotel Manoir Read less
