Perfect place to stay! The only bummer was it didn't feel like we could order drinks at the hotel bar. It was around 9:30 and they told us the bar was for diners. We were bummed because our kids were all tucked in upstairs and were looking forward to a mini-date. Oh well, nothing's perfect but this came close!

The hotel is situated in the old town and only offers valet parking, which was reasonably priced considering the location. It was much easier to find than we anticipated. As you enter the hotel you are greeted by a long staircase and the lobby is situated at the top. The staff are excellent and very friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and… Read more

Inside the front door is a level of stairs to the second floor where the lobby is located at and if they had an elevator from the street level to the lobby, it was well concealed and difficult to spot. (They must have one for luggage as we valet parked and they took our luggage on luggage racks up to the lobby floor.) Check in was easy and quick. Our rooms were spacious and clean. The beds were so comfortable! We did not explore the hotel much but there is access to a restaurant and a gift/food shop on the premises. Valet parking is extra and there isn't any public / free parking nearby. There was an option to get your vehicle out at any time if needed but we just walked and explored Old Quebec from our hotel location. I would definitely recommend this hotel! Read less

The hotel is centrally located for visiting Old Quebec City. The reception staff were very friendly & helpful. We had a really comfortable room with a heated bathroom floor. The hotel's restaurant & cafe are also exceptional. We had a beautiful Christmas brunch at the restaurant.

Stayed here for two nights (2 adults and 3 children). Room had two queen beds - rollaway was extra even though we had booked for five of us. Parking is valet only. We arrived when it was snowing. We unloaded our car at the front of the hotel and gave our keys to reception upon checkin. We didn’t use our car until we left Quebec City as we could… Read more
