We stayed a night at PUR and we were not sorry. We had a great room with all the amenities. Service was great, room was clean and upscale. Within walking distance of St Roch church which was a beautiful building to visit. This hotel is within walking distance to many attractions and there's a Starbucks close by. Would recommend this hotel.

Loved the view with the floor-to-ceiling windows, comfortable bed, awesome bathroom & shower. Slick modern-designed rooms and very clean. The staff was wonderful--easy check-in, great restaurant suggestions, lightning-quick car retrieval by the valets. We researched lots of hotel search sites and looked at Airbnb properties, but this was the best choice for us. Since we drove to Quebec City, we needed parking for our car as we wanted to walk the city. The Saint-Roch area was perfect for us: quieter being out of the more touristy Vieux-Quebec areas but still very accessible by foot and good restaurants nearby. We absolutely would stay here again on a future visit! Read less

Had a room with a nice view of the city. Staff friendly especially the concierge. The Table restaurant has delicious food. Several pubs, restaurants, shops nearby. Tour bus stop nearby and 15 minutes walking to Old City Quebec. Rooms have delightful murals.

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay at the chic and conveniently located Hotel PUR. Lovely view, in room espresso, and helpful staff are highlights. We rate bellman/concierge Jacques 5 STARS. He took extraordinary efforts to advise us on things to see and do, maximizing our time in Quebec City. Merci beaucoup!

This hotel is slightly farther away from my destination, but I decided to try it out regardless because of the Tribute Portfolio brand. In general I will rate my stay satisfactory. I especially liked the decor, from the lobby to my room upstairs. My room also had a unique layout which I liked better than the regular layout. Common areas looked great as well, and the view from room was better than I expected. In terms of service, I checked in during peak time and it took me a while to get in, not complaining as they have all stations on the front desk up and running, but it would have been nice to have a line for SPG elites. Halfway through my stay my key failed, and as I was having it reprogrammed, the front desk agent commented “this happens all the time”... hmm, I get what she’s trying to say but slightly concerning. My interactions with the valet guys were awesome though, little slow at times but great attitudes and smiles all around. Overall I quite like this hotel, and it definitely has the most unique vibe to it in Quebec City’s major brand hotels. More attention to service will surely make this an actual gem. Read less
