Room was very clean and tidy, service was exceptional, I say this as when we arrived in Vancouver I realised I had left some valuables in the room safe, I contacted the hotel immediately, they located my valuables and sent them via fed-ex they arrived the next day,… Read more

This was our arranged hotel for the Rocky Mountaineer and it was a comfortable room centrally located to the riverfront and park. The service was good although we arrived late and left early so it was a little heard to assess.

The pool was the highlight for our family. The room was also tidy and great for our family of five. My daughter fought to sleep on the pull out couch because… Read more

We took a road trip to Kamloops with our friends and decided to stay at this hotel as we had stayed there before and really enjoyed the rooftop pool. It is now a Marriott and has been completely redone. The rooms are a little small which is totally fine as they were very modern.. clean and beautiful. The beds ,bedding and pillows were fantastic!!! All the staff at this hotel and anywhere we went in Kamloops were so friendly. A big shout out to Steve ,Shannon ,Haile.. you guys were awesome and a couple of you that I didn’t get your names. We ate in the restaurant a couple times and also ordered room service for breakfast... The food was so interesting and fantastic. We all loved our food and thanks so much to the chef for making it keto friendly for me... The rooftop pool is awesome as it was a nice day and we could just lay out there and chat and order drinks and lunch. The only suggestion I would have is to dim their lights in the restaurant as it was very bright and because its an open space it doesn’t feel inviting for a cosy dinner. We just asked them a couple times to dim them and they did... We look forward to coming back and staying here again. Read less
