We stopped here for one night as part of the Rocky mountaineer train trip. The hotel looks as if has been totally revamped and in excellent condition. We didn't eat in the hotel so unable to comment. I have to say we had a comfortable night's sleep which is a bonus. Read less

The hotel is popular with travellers and service industry professionals, judging by the large but nearly full parking lot. The entire complex was immaculate, comfortable, and staffed by friendly helpful employees. Read less

We stayed for one night as part of our trip for the Rocky Mountaineer. Features a rooftop outdoor pool and fairly small, warm and casual bedrooms. Good central location with nearby restaurants. It seems like that this hotel was better than where the other half of the group stayed.

Stayed at the Delta as part of a trip on the rocky mountaineer and were delighted to find our room was a suite. The room was tastefully decorated. There was kettle which met our approval being tea drinking Brits. However our delight changed when we found there was no hot water in the shower. We rang down and was told some one would be straight up, after 15 minutes no one had come up, so we rang down again and this time someone arrived. He could not get any hot water and said he would speak to maintenance and come back to us. After about 20 minutes no one had come back to us and we gave up and washed the best we could, which was not ideal having been on a train for 10 hours. The hotel staff were very apologetic. Also when talking to members of our tour group, at least 2 other members did have hot water. There was also a strong decorating smell in the room, so we think that the room should not have been used.
