Everything about this place is 5*, but the setting is just so special. I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else in the Revelstoke area. Dinner outside looking out at Mt Begbie is magical. Accommodations for dogs is special as well.

I love this hotel. The staff are very friendly, warm, and welcoming. It looks like a lodge inside and it's very beautiful. Many comfortable places to sit. I brought my dog and stayed in a pet room close to the lobby. It was very quiet and convenient. The view and the grounds are lovely. I enjoyed talking a stroll with my pup around the grounds. Wonderful location. Quiet and outstanding mountain views on all sides. This hotel is not downtown so is like having a private chalet setting. Very close to Highway 1, so no problem with urban traffic.

We stayed for one night on our way through to Alberta. We were very pleased with our king room which was spacious and well appointed. We had a view of the mountains through the smallish window. If travelling in the summer, a balcony room would be great. We were surprised and delighted with the dinner we had in the restaurant. I had Moroccan Stew and my husband had the Taglatelle with slow cooked beef. Both were just excellent. The wine list by the glass is small but adequate and I enjoyed a B.C. white. Breakfast next morning was excellent as well. Read less
