A very nice hotel tucked away on the hillside above Revy. Very friendly and engaging stafff. Pet friendly and the hotel has a rustic feel with a real fireplace and nice resturant. Nice greeting at reception from Sarah who was also very knowledgeable about the area. Stayed in room 101 which was plenty big enough with spa bath and lovely views - massive comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. Was going to head out for food but sat in the comfortable bar and had a few beers (Mt Beglie which is brewed about 100 yards down the road ! - always like to support the local economy !) So had a meal in the bar area which was good quality and reasonably priced. Never got into Revelstoke itself which is about a 5 minute drive away - next time ! Read less

Superlatives are in order here. We’d had a long drive and were tired and stressed from the last couple of hours coming through the pass on a wet, dark, foggy night. Carrie (the assistant manager, I think) was particularly fabulous. She really went out of her way to make sure we had our choice of excellent rooms, and when a large bus load came in that was going to make using the elevator difficult, she volunteered herself and another staff member to carry all of our (very heavy) bags up to our room on the third floor. It was really above and beyond, unexpected and exceptional customer service. Later my wife couldn’t find an earring, and the woman at the front desk also went above and beyond in searching for it and then putting messages in place in case anyone found it the next day. Every step of the way we found that staff went out of their way to ensure we had a wonderful stay. We’d love to stay there again. Read less

This is one of our favourite places to stay. We easily get into relax mode right from the welcome be4cause of staff. The room has everything one needs, including bath robes that may be used for the outdoor hot tub. The amenities are fine, including the computer area. Restaurant food/beverage choices and service are good.

We did a quick 1 night stay in Revelstoke for a family weekend. My husband, toddler and I really enjoyed the hotel & restaurant. It was very clean and peaceful. Great little spot to come home to after exploring the beautiful nature surrounding!
