Stayed two nights at this hotel. Being an amputee the bathroom is a big deal. Our first room my wheelchair would not go through the door. Front desk was extremely helpful and gave us another room where the bathroom was accessible. The view is beautiful but we were not able to see it from our top floor room. We had dinner in the restaurant our second evening. View was wonderful, service and food were great. However, the hot tub is located less than 15 feet from our table. Three families decided to use it during our dinner, ruined the beautiful tranquil setting. Why would a hotel put a hot tub next to the main dining room patio, ridiculous. While the front desk was extremely helpful, we would not stay in this hotel again. Read less

We travel a lot and our destination is the hotel regardless of location. We love the VIP treatment and escape from the daily grind. The Coast Hillcrest Hotel meets all of our criteria for the perfect destination. Exceptional locale, extraordinary customer service all around, value and meals. Being very picky about beef servings, I have been wowed yet again with the Bacon Orchard Burger with bacon apple jam and goat cheese - outstanding! We have stayed at this hotel no less than 8 times over the last few years and we have always been completely satisfied. I know there are others who may not agree but should you have a problem, Norm - the manager - is very understanding and very accommodating. Staff members Sarah, Carrie, Jaime, Charlotte and Etienne ensure that strict guidelines are followed but with warmth, care and compassion. Chantelle, the kitchen manager, goes out of her way to ensure no one is hungry if arriving late. I could not believe that she was walking out the door one evening to go home and as we arrived with our bags, she said she would open the kitchen to make us something to eat - I have never had that kind of customer service - ever!! The Coast Hillcrest Hotel and Resort in Revelstoke will always be our first choice for all our future vacation needs even though we are not skiers. Thanks folks. Martin and Goldie Hamer Read less

Being away from busy streets this location was great for us with a pet. It was quiet, and safe. The hotel was very welcoming and made us feel safe with the Covid 19 safety protocols in place. We will definitely be back.

My daughter and I had a lovely little overnight getaway. Rooms were clean and updated, beds were comfy, and room service was appreciated. Staff were very vigilant with adhering to COVID restrictions. Watching the gophers was very entertaining! 😉
