The Sutton Place Hotel Revelstoke

Revelstoke, Rural British Columbia

The hotel

It may have all the ‘mountain escape’ essentials, from a ski-in/ski-out location to cosy fires and wood and stone inspired décor, but The Sutton Place Hotel in Revelstoke Mountain Resort delivers a different take on ski holidays. Completely contemporary, this luxury condo hotel is a high-gloss twist on the traditional lodge, with a swanky outdoor pool and hot tub overlooking Monashee Mountains, a fitness centre, the Feather & Stone Day Spa, and four dining options. Rockford wok | bar | grill unites traditional tastes with wok-fired dishes; Mackenzie Common Tavern gives an authentic après-ski experience; and La Baguette brings you pastries and paninis, sandwiches and smoothies, and homemade gelato and groceries-to-go. But it’s Revelation Lodge that steals the show: welcoming you for breakfast up in the mountains, it’s perfect before slope-side sports — or riding the thrilling Pipe Mountain Coaster.

Nice little resort spot in Revelstoke. Most of the places in this town are expensive and this is no exception. My friends and I rode the Pipe Mountain Coaster ($25) and it was so fun!! Highly recommend. You get all-day access to the lower gondola with your ticket and can do a few hikes while you wait for your turn on the coaster.

Super comfortable, quiet and close to a lot of fun. It's really the perfect family hotel. The beds were super comfy and the amenities plenty. Really thought the gym and pool were quiet nice. Great service comparable to other Sutton place hotels

There is the pipe mountain coast you can ride and hiking possibilities. Lots more to do during high season period. Not all restaurant are open and not all belong to the resort. Staff is awesome, suites have full kitchen and washer/dryer. room on the ski-hill side have sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon. Frontside has full sun most of the day thus pretty hot. Parking below the building against a fee Down is about 5 to max 10 mins. Read less

I started staying there 7 years ago when it was quiet and empty and now it’s most definitely not and it never will be again. Fortunately the resort is quite big and it feels lively but not overwhelming with people enjoying the pool and restaurants. It’s a shame that the quiet days are over but it’s nice to see the hotel and resort flourishing. So much so, that they are expanding to keep up with demand. The resort has made it into the big time and the hotel is following suit. Read less

When ended up getting relocated to this resort. Into a 2 bedroom 2 bath beautiful suit with a deck, at no extra cost! Another win for hotels.com. The front desk staff was extremely friendly and full of info as far as restaurants and hot tubs ect. The room was beautiful and clean. Our meal at the restaurant was delicious. The outdoor hot tubs were perfect. We even did the roller coaster ride in the morning before checking out! So fun! Great stay! Read less
