Westin Trillium House - Blue Mountain

Blue Mountain, Rural Ontario

The hotel

A curving hot tub in rugged natural landscaping. An al fresco patio with stone fire pit and village views. A lagoon pool slinking across the grounds and open all year round. An upmarket eatery overlooking the two acre pond and Blue Mountain Village. Westin Trillium House connects you with the outside world at every opportunity. And the world virtually on its doorstep includes popular ski slopes, ice-skating when Blue Mountain Mill Pond freezes over, summer beaches, the postcard-pretty village, tantalisingly lazy spas, and Plunge! Aquatic Centre, with its pools, hot tubs, slides and rope swings. Younger guests get the Westin Kids Club®, while older ones get RunWESTIN® trails, a 24-hour fitness club, and in-room spa treatments — but everyone can enjoy the fresh local ingredients behind Oliver & Bonacini Café Grill’s classic North American dining experiences.

We had a wonderful time. We are Mariott bonvoy elite members and were able to check in on arrival -much ahead of check in time, also given a room upgrade without request and a delicious welcome gift. These touches are what makes a loyalty program worthwhile for us and will make us loyal to the Mariott brand. We have previously always stayed at the Mosaic but chose the Westin this time as we brought kids and wanted to go to the Plunge splash pad (attached to the Westin). The bed and pillows are more comfortable at the Westin we found. The kids loved the outdoor pool, it was really warm out during our stay, they also loved the splash pad. We brought our own breakfast food and ate that in the room so we didn't eat at the hotel restaurant. We went to the village for the other meals. The hotel is very busy on weekends, staff were very busy but very friendly and helpful. Read less

The Westin is a beautiful hotel that is clearn, well maintained and offers fantastic amenities. The outdoor heated pool and hot tub are awesome...our 7 year old son couldn't get enough of it! The hotel lobby/bar are comfortable and open and the rooms feel new and well kept. The bed was super comfortable and the small patio was nice to step out to to enjoy some fresh air. A special thanks to Ryan, the kind staff member who checked us in upon our arrival. We will be back soon! Read less

We stayed for a weekend in March and had the best time ever, rooms are very clean and meticulously decorated. And dinner at the O & B was outstanding, as well as the service! Hot tub and swimming pool just added up to a wonderful stay!

Nice facility and good location in the village and a few minutes walk to the chairlift. Underground parking is a bonus in the winter. Pool and hot tub go year round. Most importantly I found the staff to be extremely professional and friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.
