The hotel

A curving hot tub in rugged natural landscaping. An al fresco patio with stone fire pit and village views. A lagoon pool slinking across the grounds and open all year round. An upmarket eatery overlooking the two acre pond and Blue Mountain Village. Westin Trillium House connects you with the outside world at every opportunity. And the world virtually on its doorstep includes popular ski slopes, ice-skating when Blue Mountain Mill Pond freezes over, summer beaches, the postcard-pretty village, tantalisingly lazy spas, and Plunge! Aquatic Centre, with its pools, hot tubs, slides and rope swings. Younger guests get the Westin Kids Club®, while older ones get RunWESTIN® trails, a 24-hour fitness club, and in-room spa treatments — but everyone can enjoy the fresh local ingredients behind Oliver & Bonacini Café Grill’s classic North American dining experiences.

Arrived at 15:30 and waited in a long line for check in. Room was not ready so they let us park in the garage ($15 a day) and gave us the access card to access the amenities. One hour later still no room and two boys who are hungry and fed up waiting. I am very curious to see how the Management will address this as the check-in receptionist just smirked at my spouse when she enquired about the status of our check-in (after waiting in another long line) Needless to say we were expecting more professional welcome. Second visit to this property and it still had a great experience! Quick check in and out. Friendly staff and the facility in general was in great shape. Close to the village and to the mountain. Pool was amazing. The family had a great time The room could have been a little nicer. Will be coming back for sure.

It was our first time at Blue Mountains and we had a short but great time. Westin trillium is right at the foot of the mountains. Has own underground parking which is very convenient if you are staying in this hotel. U just hv to pay $15. We got a 1 bedroom suite facing the pool/village. It has a small kitchen and I loved it! It’s complete. I was able to cook for my little one coz he doesnt usually eat resto food. Hotel’s very convenient, just steps away from the village, where u can find restaurants. There is also a small convenience store so you dont actually need to pack everything, you can just go there and grab what you need, although they dont have a lot. The only reason why I didnt give 5 stars was bcoz the person who checked us in didnt give me a good impression. He cut me off when I was still talking! He wasnt smiling. I felt like I wasnt welcome. Overall it was a good stay and will definitely come back. Read less
