Four Seasons Hotel Toronto

Toronto, Canada

The hotel

With an emphasis on luxury, the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto occupies a prime spot in Yorkville – well-known for being Toronto’s swankiest shopping district. This is five star luxury – with a quirky twist. Fusing modernity and retro, its sleek glazed exterior and chic spa and gym contrast with its 70s-esque blond and caramel woods; and with the tan and green leather banquettes of Café Boulud, where you can enjoy refined French-inspired bistro dishes. If you fancy simpler fare, Chef Boulud also designed the menu of d|bar, which captures the cool of its Yorkville setting, as seen through its six metre high windows or from the summer terrace. The view also steals the show through the floor-to-ceiling windows of your guestroom and through the window-wall lining the relaxation pool and whirlpool zone.

I have to travel frequently for work and this is by far my favorite hotel to travel to. Everything feels very new, modern, and clean. Service is stellar. I love Cafe Bouloud for a hotel dinner as well.

Kettle and a coffee maker. Every single person I interacted with was very professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and willing to help. I forgot an item in the room and called the hotel several hours later. It was located in no time and I stopped by the hotel before going to the airport. The best experience on all levels. Read less

In four seasons standard, Toronto one was below average. There is a construction area just near hotel, when we checked in and mentioned it to reception; reception staff provided an upgrade option for us, asking for 80CAD for higher level; we decided to pay and got a room be right faced to the construction and heard noise in the next morning. Eventually, we asked room switched next morning, they gave us a room quite far from the construction side. I don’t understand their arrangement, why they wanna make a try to test our sound sensitive? Moreover, we asked some information about CN tower, and concierge told us we don’t need to buy tickets in advanced and no line there. And then next day, we arrived CN tower about 2pm, and there was two hours line we should wait. I can’t believe this was the quality of four seasons concierge. We had to make reservation for CN tower’s restaurant on next day by ourselves, and wasted half hour walking in about 32F cold weather. I was so disappointed in the service of four seasons Toronto.
