Four Seasons Hotel Toronto

Toronto, Canada

The hotel

With an emphasis on luxury, the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto occupies a prime spot in Yorkville – well-known for being Toronto’s swankiest shopping district. This is five star luxury – with a quirky twist. Fusing modernity and retro, its sleek glazed exterior and chic spa and gym contrast with its 70s-esque blond and caramel woods; and with the tan and green leather banquettes of Café Boulud, where you can enjoy refined French-inspired bistro dishes. If you fancy simpler fare, Chef Boulud also designed the menu of d|bar, which captures the cool of its Yorkville setting, as seen through its six metre high windows or from the summer terrace. The view also steals the show through the floor-to-ceiling windows of your guestroom and through the window-wall lining the relaxation pool and whirlpool zone.

There is nothing like enjoying a stay in your own city and the Four Seasons in Toronto is the perfect choice. The staff was so welcoming and the suite was exactly what the body and soul needed. The stay was perfection.

I had some family errands to deal with in Toronto downtown and stayed with Four Seasons for three nights. I was bit concerned about how the hotel handled COVID-19, but the experience was great. I felt safe and protected during the stay. Service is excellent and really tells the difference.

Spent only one night in the Four Seasons, but wished I could've stayed longer. The staff made you feel special; like a Queen, the rooms were beautiful, and the bed was beyond comfortable! Am looking forward to going back soon.

I love this place. It took me a while - I really was a fan of the old location but this one is now my favourite. Staff is awesome as always. Cafe B is amazing for dinner and for the longest breakfast in the world. Love the oatmeal and they never say "no" to all my odd requests. The Spa is simply the best in the city.

This hotel is beautiful. You will be blown away from the moment you enter all the way to the moment you step foot in your room. They would get a 5 star for looks in my books. This hotel is beautiful. You will be blown away from the moment you enter all the way to the moment you step foot in your room. They would get a 5 star for looks in my books. But service puts them into the negative. If I could give this hotel -5 stars, i would. But that is not possible so 1 star will have to do. I stayed their in February, and quickly realized they overcharged me for my stay. They charged me over $300 on top of what the bill was at check out. I contacted them immediately to ask why. I was assured that I would be contacted when they came to a conclusion on the extra charge. I then got contacted saying I owed them EVEN more money. Even though my credit card statement showed that I had paid them for more then the $1500 room bill. Eventually I decided to stay again in July (even though the February stay was not figured out). They asked me to send the credit card statement (a second time) i did. My room bill was close to $5000 for 2 nights in July. A few days after leaving the hotel and speaking with managers about the February stay, i got a threatening letter from another person at the hotel, telling me to pay the February bill THAT WAS ALREADY OVERPAID. Or they would send to collections. At a hotel charging me upwards of 2500 a night for a room, you think you would have more respect for your customers. Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. Read less
