What a wonderful and awesome hotel this is! Not only were they gracious enough to let us check in early but also upgraded us to the Signature Suite. The room was absolutely perfect. At first glance, it's modern and simple but you will soon notice the small details and thought they put in to make your stay that much better. The best part of the room was the bed and pillows. Most hotels have comfortable bedding but this beats them all. They also have an amazing check out policy where you can stay as long as you need. This was especially helpful to us as we didn't fly out of Toronto until 6 pm so we were grateful that we didn't have to sit at a coffee shop for hours. We will definitely and probably only stay here moving forward. Read less

Great location & easy access to all venues, dining, and the waterfront. Very modern rooms that are well appointed. The shower is in the middle of the room with glass walls and horizontal blinds. A bit different but it works. Staff was friendly and most welcoming. Continental breakfast was included and it was good. All in all a great stay and would… Read more

We have stayed here twice, the nights before catching a train. The location is excellent (Union Station, Scotiabank Arena, Rogers Centre, waterfront, CN Tower, aquarium, restaurants and amenities). The staff look after us (on our second visit we were given a great room well ahead of check in time). The first time we stayed, we caught the sensation… Read more

The staff look after us (on our second visit we were given a great room well ahead of check in time). The first time we stayed, we caught the sensation from Jurassic Park during and after the final NBA game! It tends to be a similar rate as other hotels in the area, but much better rooms and a beautiful hotel. Read less

I chose this hotel based on a re3commendation. It is close to the water and 10-15 bins walk to most places. Rooms are clean and spacious. Amenities are as explained. There is a bar at the entrance. It is by no means a luxury hotel, yet the price is high for being 4 stars. Breakfast is only cold cuts, cereal and bakery stuff. No hot buffets.… Read more

It is perfectly located within a 5 minute walk from the CN tower, Ripley’s aquarium, Rogers Stadium, the Scotia Bank arena and the Harbourfront. Their concierge made suggestions as to what I should see including the surrounding districts. In addition I requested a late checkout which they accommodated. Also, the hotel is a block away from the UP express train which takes 25 minutes to get to the airport. Bathroom was large and uses Molten Brown products. The shower is a little unique as it is best described as a cube between the bathroom and shower. Great light system which allows selection of ambient light or all lights with one button, I totally recommend staying at this hotel. Read less
